Viendo las fotos de la maquinaria empleada en la excavaci\u00f3n y el movimiento de tierras pens\u00e9 en c\u00f3mo se desplazar\u00edan estos veh\u00edculos y c\u00f3mo se podr\u00edan transportar. Una log\u00edstica impensable en obra civil tradicional donde nos bastamos de camiones plataforma o tambi\u00e9n llamados <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocesan.com\/camiones-trailers-gondolas-malaga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">camiones g\u00f3ndola<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?resize=1024%2C490&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?resize=1024%2C490&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?resize=300%2C143&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?resize=768%2C367&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image.png?w=1265&amp;ssl=1 1265w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The Line &#8211; <em>fotograma de Youtube &#8211; video de OT Sky<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>En el art\u00edculo de hoy hablaremos sobre el tipo de transporte que se utiliza para el transporte de maquinaria pesada, utilizada en minas, canteras, excavaciones en general. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a se utilizan los camiones plataforma, que deben de disponer de marcado CE, declaraci\u00f3n de conformidad  y manual de instrucciones o que se hayan sometido a puesta en conformidad de acuerdo con lo que especifica el R.D. 1215\/1997 por el que se establecen las disposiciones m\u00ednimas de seguridad y salud para la utilizaci\u00f3n por los trabajadores de los equipos de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCuales son las ventajas de contar con este tipo de transporte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fundamentalmente el transporte especial por carretera de grandes m\u00e1quinas y\/o materiales de construcci\u00f3n de gran volumen, prefabricados, materias primas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requerimientos para poder circular con estos camiones g\u00f3ndola?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se utilizar\u00e1n en  carreteras con rampas del 10 al 12% de pendiente m\u00e1xima. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar para circular por fuera de las carreteras si el terreno es suficientemente resistente, no debiendo exceder las rampas del 5% al 8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las medidas de seguridad?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El veh\u00edculo no superar\u00e1 las pendientes m\u00e1ximas que indique el fabricante. Cuando la m\u00e1quina a cargar tenga torreta, colocar la barra de inmovilizaci\u00f3n entre la torreta y el chasis. Efectuar los amarres al remolque (g\u00f3ndola) por medio de elementos adecuados (cadenas, cables, etc.). y comprobarlos constantemente durante el trayecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si se transporta veh\u00edculos, colocar cu\u00f1as para inmovilizar las orugas o neum\u00e1ticos, tanto en sus extremidades como en los flancos internos para impedir el movimiento o las oscilaciones, evitando que transmita movimientos en falso al remolque. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se permitir\u00e1 el transporte de maquinaria que exceda las dimensiones del remolque. Ser\u00e1 necesario consultar las condiciones de los transportes especiales y contar con veh\u00edculos de prevenci\u00f3n por delante y por detr\u00e1s del transporte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recomienda que el cami\u00f3n plataforma est\u00e9 dotado de avisador luminoso de tipo rotatorio o flash y ha de estar dotado de se\u00f1al ac\u00fastica de marcha atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?resize=1024%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?resize=1024%2C600&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?resize=300%2C176&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?resize=768%2C450&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-1.png?w=1037&amp;ssl=1 1037w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n puede conducir este tipo de veh\u00edculo en la obra? \u00bfy por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que nos dice la normativa es que cuando esta m\u00e1quina circule \u00fanicamente por la obra, es necesario comprobar que la persona que la conduce tiene la autorizaci\u00f3n, dispone de la formaci\u00f3n y de la informaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficas de PRL que fija el R. D. 1215\/97, de 18 de julio, art\u00edculo 5 o el Convenio Colectivo General del sector de la Construcci\u00f3n, art\u00edculo 156, y ha le\u00eddo el manual de instrucciones correspondiente. Sin embargo, cuando la m\u00e1quina circule por una v\u00eda p\u00fablica, el conductor tiene que tener, adem\u00e1s, el carn\u00e9 de conducir E, y obviamente deber\u00e1 de contar con la Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Veh\u00edculos, seguro, etc, en regla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recomendaciones para el uso de camiones g\u00f3ndola y para su correcto mantenimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puesto que se trata de veh\u00edculos con visibilidad reducida, se controlar\u00e1 la m\u00e1quina \u00fanicamente desde el asiento del conductor. No se permitir\u00e1 la presencia de trabajadores o terceros en el radio de acci\u00f3n de la m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque suene apetecible, el cami\u00f3n plataforma no puede utilizarse como medio para transportar personas, excepto que la m\u00e1quina disponga de asientos previstos por el fabricante con este fin.
