{"id":73080,"date":"2023-12-03T15:18:58","date_gmt":"2023-12-03T14:18:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=73080"},"modified":"2023-12-03T15:32:11","modified_gmt":"2023-12-03T14:32:11","slug":"cuando-disenamos-estructuras-metalicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/cuando-disenamos-estructuras-metalicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuando dise\u00f1amos estructuras met\u00e1licas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como profesionales de la arquitectura y la construcci\u00f3n sabemos manejamos los procesos de dise\u00f1o y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startingsl.com\/estructuras-metalicas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fabricaci\u00f3n de estructuras met\u00e1licas<\/a>. El acero nos permite desafiar a los tipos de estructura tradicionales, debido a las posibilidades de uni\u00f3n y debido a sus alta resistencia a esfuerzos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todo caso hablamos de sistemas de barras y nudos, estructuras de palitos que convenientemente arriostradas nos permiten trabajar con envolventes imposibles con una estructura de hormig\u00f3n o de madera,  resultando estructuras m\u00ednimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario pensar en grandes estructuras complejas o dif\u00edciles. Podemos resolver la cubierta de una vivienda con unos cuantos p\u00f3rticos muy sencillos y muy r\u00e1pidos de construir. La estructura met\u00e1lica puede ser la traslaci\u00f3n directa de un trazo de un dise\u00f1ador, que una vez ha sido dimensionado y se han resuelto sus encuentros (soldados o atornillados) directamente se puede ejecutar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?resize=1024%2C768&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73082\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?resize=1024%2C768&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/image.png?w=1242&amp;ssl=1 1242w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s habitual es acudir a los perfiles normalizados, IPE, HEB, UPN, SHS&#8230; , porque sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas est\u00e1n perfectamente definidas y son como las piezas b\u00e1sicas de un LEGO. \u00bfPero qu\u00e9 sucede cuando salimos de las piezas normativas y empleamos otro tipo de perfiles? Al final debemos de traducir la estructura real a una estructura de barras o elementos finitos, donde los elementos deben de asimilarse a elementos, en los que debemos de calcular sus propiedades f\u00edsicas (m\u00f3dulo de inercia, centro de gravedad&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las estructuras met\u00e1licas de edificaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n perfectamente calculadas, generalmente sobredimensionadas para contar con m\u00e1rgenes de seguridad. Puesto que conocemos las propiedades f\u00edsicas de los perfiles y su composici\u00f3n, muy homog\u00e9nea (mucho m\u00e1s que la madera o el hormig\u00f3n)  La forma de pensar en el c\u00e1lculo de estructuras es la siguiente: vamos a considerar que la estructura soporta menos de lo que realmente lo hace, y vamos a suponer que tiene que resistir m\u00e1s cargas que las que realmente va a soportar. Cuando hacemos mobiliario lo podemos hacer con secciones m\u00ednimas y estar muy del lado de la seguridad estructural. La estructura met\u00e1lica es generalmente mi favorita a la hora de proponer un dise\u00f1o, puesto que la sinceridad estructural y las posibilidades que ofrece su gran comportamiento estructural hacen de este tipo de soluciones las m\u00e1s innovadoras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acero estructural en perfiles peque\u00f1os (generalmente rectangulares, cuadrados o circulares de pared 1,5 mm) es muy vers\u00e1til y cuenta con una gran variedad de secciones y proporciones. Otro punto a destacar es la precisi\u00f3n de las piezas y su facilidad de encaje.
