Resulta que en Panam\u00e1, ha surgido una creciente preferencia por los paneles y \u00abtejas\u00bb de PVC. Esta soluci\u00f3n constructiva se ha empleado con mayor frecuencia en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os debido a sus notables ventajas en comparaci\u00f3n con las tejas de zinc o fibrocemento. Estos sistemas de placas ofrecen una durabilidad estimada de m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os y una alta resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y un peso ligero, adem\u00e1s de un excelente aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico comparadas con los sistemas met\u00e1licos o de fibrocemento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los proveedores en Panam\u00e1, el principal distribuidor de las tejas de PVC marca  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panaroof.com\/\">Pana Roof<\/a> en el pa\u00eds y ha proporcionado techos para empresas de renombre como Panagas, El Costo, Manzanillo International Terminal, Procasa, Oxford School, Minera Panam\u00e1, entre otras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta empresa es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alconiaconstruction.com\/\">Alconia<\/a>, y se ha ganado la confianza de muchos paname\u00f1os gracias a la calidad de sus productos y su excelente servicio al cliente. Esta empresa ha sido fundada en 2016, y fue pionera en la introducci\u00f3n de las tejas de PVC en el mercado paname\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especificaciones constructivas del material <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comparadas con otros tipos de tejas elaboradas en materiales como asbesto\/fibrocemento, fibra de vidrio o acero galvanizado, las tejas termo-ac\u00fasticas de PVC se destacan claramente. Para eso se recomienda la instalaci\u00f3n de un doble sistema de rastreles, colocados de forma perpendicular.
