Esta empresa comenz\u00f3 fabricando puertas de garaje en la d\u00e9cada de 1950 y posteriormente expandi\u00f3 sus actividades al sector industrial y se especializ\u00f3 en equipamiento para muelles de carga, puertas plegables y puertas r\u00e1pidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda las <a href=\"https:\/\/jimatic.com\/puertas-automaticas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">puertas autom\u00e1ticas<\/a> pueden ser m\u00e1s complejas t\u00e9cnicamente, pero su funcionamiento no deja de estar muy emparentado con los sistemas iniciales. Desde la puerta basculante (abre de una pieza hacia arriba), la enrollable (como una persiana) y la seccional (como la de Crawford) mantienen el sistema de apertura, aunque cada a\u00f1o hay patentes nuevas, que \u00fanicamente lo que hacen es trabajar sobre la misma base. Parece que poco se ha avanzado m\u00e1s que en distintos tipos de acabados, distintos tipos de gu\u00edas y motores, con m\u00e1s y menos potencia, y m\u00e1s o menos consumo, con mandos a distancia, wifi, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de las puertas seccionales siempre las encontramos un poco retranqueadas de la fachada. Esto es debido a que las gu\u00edas discurren por el techo. Con el sistema de gu\u00edas curvas y rodillos se garantiza el movimiento suave y repetitivo. Date cuenta de que como m\u00ednimo se puede abrir y cerrar dos veces al dia si tiene un funcionamiento normal de un garaje. Cualquier peque\u00f1o fallo en el sistema va a propagarse en el tiempo o lo har\u00e1 a m\u00e1s piezas del sistema, dificultando cada vez m\u00e1s la apertura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta parte superior del hueco est\u00e1 el truco. Podr\u00edamos enrasar la puerta seccional con la fachada? Solamente si sobre el hueco tenemos un revestimiento exterior de muy poco espesor. Esta es una opini\u00f3n basada en la experiencia en obra, pero es una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que puede tener muchos acabados diferentes. Esta ser\u00eda la partida:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-c-2-background-color has-background\"><strong>Para un garaje de hasta 5,50 m de frente y 2,50 m de alto: <\/strong><br>Puerta seccional de paneles termoaislantes de doble chapa de acero, gofrada a dos caras, con n\u00facleo de poliuterano inyectado de 40 mm de espesor, seg\u00fan normas europeas de protecci\u00f3n medioambiental. Los paneles estar\u00e1n rematados en color lacado RAL (elegir)  Debe de contar con ficha t\u00e9cnica en la que se indique el valor de  aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico. Se exigir\u00e1 un funcionamiento suave y silencioso y gran versatibilidad a la hora de poder elegir el dintel que mejor se adapte al hueco existente.
