En este proyecto mantienen su enfoque minimalista y emplean una forma de hacer arquitectura mediante el uso de formas geom\u00e9tricas simples. En muchos casos esta delicadeza constructiva implica una gran pormenorizaci\u00f3n de detalles poco habituales que refuerzan el concepto principal del proyecto. Es por eso que el empleo de sistemas tradicionales rompen en muchos casos con la idea inicial y en muchos casos hasta es necesaria la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mecasot.com\/mecanizados\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el detalle que se muestra a continuaci\u00f3n se puede ver c\u00f3mo el doble vidrio que forma la fachada llega a escasos mil\u00edmetros del remate perimetral de la cubierta. En este caso la fabricaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s caracter\u00edstica no se ve en el resultado final, sino que se ha llevado a la fabricaci\u00f3n y al encofrado de la estructura del edificio. En este edificio se utiliz\u00f3 un sistema de encofrado \u00fanico que soporta el peso del hormig\u00f3n h\u00famedo sobre vigas de acero, que a su vez se apoyan directamente en los pilares del edificio. Como tal, el peso del hormig\u00f3n h\u00famedo se transfiere directamente a los soportes verticales, eliminando la condici\u00f3n de carga m\u00e1s pesada para las losas del piso.
