Es realmente \u00fatil destruir la calle para volver a construirla con el mismo material? El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asfalvias.com\/asfaltado-de-calles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asfalto de calles<\/a> y carreteras es un material tradicional en la construcci\u00f3n, en el que en este art\u00edculo exploraremos a fondo para demostrar cu\u00e1les son sus caracter\u00edsticas \u00f3ptimas y que aprovechamos en los pavimentos urbanos.<br>El asfalto es muy apreciado por sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas tanto de flexibilidad, impermeabilidad como capacidad de carga. Su flexibilidad hace que sea un material \u00f3ptimo para la superficie en contacto con los veh\u00edculos. Su impermeabilidad hace que pueda drenar y evacuar el agua antes que otros materiales. Con el estudio de tr\u00e1fico conocemos las cargas proyectadas y esperadas a lo largo de la vida \u00fatil de la carretera. Estos dos estudios se realizan antes de pavimentar. La decisi\u00f3n a tomar ente elegir pavimento de hormig\u00f3n armado o asfalto Es una decisi\u00f3n fundamentalmente est\u00e9tica ya que seg\u00fan estos dos estudios podemos llegar a los mismos resultados con los distintos pavimentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero claramente no es una decisi\u00f3n exclusivamente est\u00e9tica. Desde el punto de vista constructivo teniendo en cuenta la durabilidad del material y su mantenimiento podemos decantarnos por el asfalto a la hora de que tiene un mejor envejecimiento. El hormig\u00f3n tiene habitualmente cortes, que son juntas en movimiento, ejecutadas para asumir los movimientos de las soleras de hormig\u00f3n, mas r\u00edgidas que la capa de asfalto. <br><br>Una de las ventajas que tiene el asfalto frente al hormig\u00f3n armado es precisamente la falta de armadura que, a la hora de construir, parece ahorrar mano de obra y costes. En este procedimiento se corrigen fallas de 2 a 4 cent\u00edmetros que se generan en la superficie, esto mediante el uso de un agente rehabilitador sin la necesidad de a\u00f1adir mezclas o agregado virgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El remezclado se usa cuando es necesario llevar a cabo modificaciones significativas de las propiedades f\u00edsicas de la superficie de asfalto en funci\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 tipo de asfalto sea podemos cambiar las caracter\u00edsticas del agregado del contenido y del gr\u00e1fico unas faltas se pueden rehabilitar espesores de carpeta de 2,5 a 7,5 cm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el art\u00edculo de hoy hablaremos sobre el asfalto y por qu\u00e9 es una soluci\u00f3n alternativa en la construcci\u00f3n de calles.
