Uno de ellos, como indican en\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysolarenergy.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MySolar<\/a><\/strong><a><strong> Energy<\/strong><\/a>, son los colegios, especialmente por dos factores fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Realizan&nbsp;<strong>actividades diurnas<\/strong>, lo que permite que la instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica genere energ\u00eda para su consumo inmediato.<\/li><li>Generalmente disponen del&nbsp;<strong>espacio suficiente<\/strong>&nbsp;para instalar las placas solares necesarias para la adecuada obtenci\u00f3n de electricidad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n de placas solares en los colegios representa una gran ventaja, ya que sus instalaciones requieren de una adecuada calefacci\u00f3n en la \u00e9poca invernal, aire acondicionado en el verano, etc. Es decir, en l\u00edneas generales, supone una demanda continuada de electricidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/solar-roof-solar-energy-power-generation-fuente-pxfuel.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"910\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/solar-roof-solar-energy-power-generation-fuente-pxfuel.jpg?resize=910%2C607&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/solar-roof-solar-energy-power-generation-fuente-pxfuel.jpg?w=910&amp;ssl=1 910w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/solar-roof-solar-energy-power-generation-fuente-pxfuel.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/solar-roof-solar-energy-power-generation-fuente-pxfuel.jpg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 910px) 100vw, 910px\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>fuente pxfuel<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante mencionar que la instalaci\u00f3n de placas solares no requiere ejecutar demasiados tr\u00e1mites administrativos, ni supone tener que desconectarse obligatoriamente de la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional. Es importante hacer esta aclaraci\u00f3n debido a que existe una falsa creencia, por parte de muchos individuos, de que la instalaci\u00f3n de placas solares implica la desconexi\u00f3n de la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realmente no es as\u00ed, se pueden instalar placas solares y seguir conectado a la red el\u00e9ctrica sin ning\u00fan problema. Adem\u00e1s, se puede utilizar una u otra fuente de acuerdo con las necesidades y condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, por ejemplo: utilizar la energ\u00eda de la red convencional en d\u00edas lluviosos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un colegio por lo com\u00fan se necesita una instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica de menos de 100 kwh para cubrir todas sus necesidades energ\u00e9ticas, lo que ofrece dos posibilidades, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el real decreto RD 244\/2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica para autoconsumo&nbsp;<strong>con excedentes<\/strong><\/li><li>Instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica para autoconsumo&nbsp;<strong>sin excedentes<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica para autoconsumo con excedentes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa legal establece que las instalaciones fotovoltaicas para autoconsumo con excedentes son aquellas que generan energ\u00eda para el autoconsumo y tienen al mismo tiempo capacidad para inyectar a la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso el colegio se podr\u00e1 acoger a la figura de la&nbsp;<strong>compensaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, es decir, inyectar a la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional la energ\u00eda producida en exceso por la instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica (que no ser\u00e1 consumida), esta energ\u00eda se ver\u00e1 compensada en el recibo de la luz a un precio previamente establecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha modalidad resulta muy ventajosa para los colegios, ya que a lo largo del a\u00f1o se suceden muchos d\u00edas en los que el consumo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica es muy bajo, por ejemplo: los fines de semana, los festivos y el periodo vacacional. En el caso de una mayor producci\u00f3n, el excedente no ser\u00e1 volcado a la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un ejemplo muy actual<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En un colegio de Madrid se ha desarrollado un proyecto de instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica para el autoconsumo, que incluye 24 paneles solares de tipo&nbsp;<strong>policristalinos<\/strong>, cada panel tiene una potencia de 270 Wp, lo que permite generar una potencia FV de 6.48 kWp. La instalaci\u00f3n cuenta adem\u00e1s con 1 inversor trif\u00e1sico de 5.5 kW potencia, por ser para uso diurno no cuenta con bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto permitir\u00e1 que toda la comunidad educativa disfrute de una<strong>&nbsp;energ\u00eda limpia<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>renovable<\/strong>&nbsp;que proviene de una&nbsp;<strong>fuente inagotable<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s los paneles solares son de bajo mantenimiento, y tienen una vida \u00fatil garantizada de 25 a\u00f1os.
