A trav\u00e9s de la consulta a su texto he visto como la <a href=\"https:\/\/ifama.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">impermeabilizacion de naves industriales<\/a> ha mejorado con el desarrollo de las l\u00e1minas de EPDM (etileno &#8211; propileno mon\u00f3mero di\u00e9nico) y con las l\u00e1minas de TPO (poliolefinas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antiguamente se empleaban con mucha frecuencia las l\u00e1minas asf\u00e1lticas, que por cuesti\u00f3n de dimensiones, efectividad y facilidad de montaje se vieron obligadas a compartir espacio. Esto junto con el comportamiento de los aislamientos t\u00e9rmicos empleados en grandes superficies (generalmente econ\u00f3micos y de la familia de los poliestirenos en el caso de las cubiertas invertidas) obliga a hacer un estudio de compatibilidades, y es por eso que la tesis doctoral tiene su perfecta justificaci\u00f3n dentro de las nuevas necesidades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un estudio en el que se hacen distintos ensayos, centrados en la migraci\u00f3n de plastificantes en diferentes tipos de l\u00e1minas. Su principal funci\u00f3n es evitar a toda costa la entrada de agua en el interior de las naves, y m\u00e1s si cabe en este tipo de entornos en los que normalmente no llueve, pero ocasionalmente caen grandes cantidades de agua. El aislamiento t\u00e9rmico sirve adem\u00e1s de para aumentar la transmitancia t\u00e9rmica de la cubierta, para proteger la barrera impermeable de agentes f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos que la pueden degradar, rompiendo sus cadenas de pol\u00edmero, pudiendo originarse procesos en cadena que terminan por la degradaci\u00f3n de la l\u00e1mina y por la consecuente entrada de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aislamiento protege a la barrera de la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>degradaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica<\/li><li>degradaci\u00f3n oxidativa<\/li><li>degradaci\u00f3n hidrol\u00edtica<\/li><li>fotodegradaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>biodegradaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>p\u00e9rdida de vol\u00e1tiles<\/li><li>ataques f\u00edsicos de agentes externos (personas, animales, etc)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternativas al empleo de l\u00e1minas impermeables en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de naves industriales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como m\u00e9todo alternativo para la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n, siempre que se pueda ganar en altura, es colocar una cubierta de baja pendiente, como la de paneles sandwich de aluminio. En este caso la barrera impermeable es el propio acabado, y contiene en su interior el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 adherida, o cuando se colocan placas sandwich, se puede mantener el acabado de la cobertura existente, sin necesidad de retirarla. OJO. Siempre y cuando la cubierta soporte el peso!
