La temperatura creada por<br>\u00e9ste es suficiente para producir la fusi\u00f3n del material y la coalescencia del material fundido de los dos componentes que se sueldan. El haz l\u00e1ser se dirige y se centra mediante espejos y\/o lentes en una peque\u00f1a \u00e1rea para producir<br>una densidad de potencia suficiente que permita fundir e incluso vaporizar el material que se procesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, en la industria se utiliza <a href=\"https:\/\/lasercomercial.com\/es\/soldadura-laser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>la soldadura l\u00e1ser<\/strong><\/a>, ya sea con un l\u00e1ser de Nd: YAG, fibra, disco o de CO2. Estos tipos de l\u00e1seres pueden ser operados de manera de onda continua (CW) o pulsada. En general, los l\u00e1seres de Nd:<br>YAG son de energ\u00eda m\u00e1s baja (hasta 6 kW), mientras que los de CO2 tienen capacidades de potencias m\u00e1s elevadas (superiores a 40 kW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clasificaci\u00f3n de la soldadura l\u00e1ser:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen sistemas de soldadura por rayo l\u00e1ser, los cuales son aplicados seg\u00fan el objetivo a cumplir. Los que se encuentran actualmente en el mercado y est\u00e1n siendo ampliamente utilizados en las industrias como sectores de<br>construcci\u00f3n naval, aeroespacial y de defensa, son de estado s\u00f3lido y gas. La soldadura l\u00e1ser de estado s\u00f3lido Nd: YAG y la soldadura de gas CO2, son las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s comunes que utilizan las <a href=\"https:\/\/lasercomercial.com\/es\/soldadora-laser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00e1quinas de soldar l\u00e1ser<\/a>, que a continuaci\u00f3n se describen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00e1ser en estado s\u00f3lido <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de l\u00e1ser utiliza una sustancia s\u00f3lida transparente como el medio activo. Como su<br>nombre indica, una onda continua (CW) de l\u00e1ser produce un haz con una potencia de salida relativamente constante en el tiempo. Cuando se utiliza un l\u00e1ser CW para la soldadura, el haz establece un ba\u00f1o de soldadura fundida<br>constante que es atravesado a lo largo de la trayectoria de la soldadura; este ba\u00f1o de soldadura se mantiene fundido durante toda la duraci\u00f3n de la soldadura. El ba\u00f1o de soldadura de metal l\u00edquido que se crea por los l\u00e1seres de<br>CW es m\u00e1s estable que para l\u00e1seres pulsados y, por lo tanto, las salpicaduras de metal no son un problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de la soldadura l\u00e1ser <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Produce una zona de fusi\u00f3n y zona afectada por el calor estrecha, contracci\u00f3n y distorsi\u00f3n m\u00ednima.<\/li><li>Se pueden realizar soldaduras extremadamente estrechas.<\/li><li>Mediante el uso de la \u00f3ptica de aumento para la alineaci\u00f3n, la colocaci\u00f3n exacta es posible.<\/li><li>Es un proceso sin contacto, el rayo s\u00f3lo necesita una l\u00ednea de visi\u00f3n directa de la uni\u00f3n soldada.<\/li><li>Las secciones tan delgadas como de 0.025 mm se han soldado con \u00e9xito.<\/li><li>Se logra una penetraci\u00f3n profunda, por lo tanto, las soldaduras con lados paralelos pueden hacer que reduzcan al m\u00ednimo la cantidad de fusi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Se pueden utilizar velocidades de desplazamiento de hasta 500 mm\/s.<\/li><li>El proceso suelda algunas combinaciones de materiales con espesores y difusividad t\u00e9rmica dis\u00edmiles que no son posibles con otros procesos de soldadura (ver Figura 2.7).<\/li><li>Las soldaduras se pueden hacer directamente en la atm\u00f3sfera, por lo general con gases de protecci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>No se generan rayos x por el proceso.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: https:\/\/comimsa.repositorioinstitucional.mx\/jspui\/bitstream\/1022\/122\/1\/TESIS%20FINAL%20MACV.pdf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La soldadura por rayo l\u00e1ser es una tecnolog\u00eda de soldadura por fusi\u00f3n que permite la uni\u00f3n de materiales por la interacci\u00f3n de un haz concentrado, coherente de la luz y la superficie del material.
