Un material cuyas caracter\u00edsticas sean que pese poco, que tenga suficiente resistencia pra poder pisarlo, para resistir la fuerza del viento, que tenga un acabado impermeable y que adem\u00e1s tenga buenas caracter\u00edsticas est\u00e9ticas. Para cumplir todas estas expectativas se han creado los <a href=\"https:\/\/isocold.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paneles s\u00e1ndwich<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de la superposici\u00f3n de capas alrededor de un aislamiento central, conseguimos un material nuevo con las caracter\u00edsticas que deseamos. De forma habitual se utilizan dos tipos, los acabados en chapa met\u00e1lica y los acabados en madera en menor medida. En general la <a href=\"https:\/\/isocold.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">instalaci\u00f3n de panel s\u00e1ndwich<\/a> se realiza sobre una estructura, generalmente porticada, de acero o madera. A grandes rasgos podr\u00edamos quedarnos ah\u00ed, pero vamos a profundizar m\u00e1s en la materia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una clasificaci\u00f3n de paneles sandwich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A groso modo puedo permitirme clasificarlos en paneles de fachada, paneles frigor\u00edficos y paneles de cubierta. La caracter\u00edstica com\u00fan es la modulaci\u00f3n longitudinal. Siempre se marca una junta. En el caso de los paneles de fachada vamos a procurar colocarlos de tal manera que la junta sea vertical (para que desag\u00fce lo antes posible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los paneles los colocamos en cubierta nos interesa que la junta entre paneles quede estanca, o que por lo menos aleje el agua lo antes posible. Ning\u00fan sistema hasta el momento es capaz de aislar grandes superficies t\u00e9rmicamente con un montaje b\u00e1sico. En el caso de las c\u00e1maras frigor\u00edficas se tiene especial cuidado en resolver correctamente las juntas con EPDM y doble tet\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo rematar los frentes de los paneles sandwich?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un problema que nos encontramos en obra habitualmente es el hecho de que no se cierra el perfil (por razones t\u00e9rmicas) y por tanto se puede producir que el aislamiento quede a la vista. En el caso del poliestireno y el poliuretano es un problema ya que con la intemperie se deterioran y son ign\u00edfugos, adem\u00e1s de que est\u00e9ticamente son p\u00e9simos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen cantidad de perfiles y chapas plegadas que resuelven el final del panel ocult\u00e1ndolo y permitiendo la recogida de agua. En el caso de los perfiles especiales como los que imitan a la teja, ya existen chapas que imitan el borde de la teja, permitiendo una mayor estanqueidad y un remate est\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9rmicas y ac\u00fasticas de los paneles sandwich<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como norma general damos unas indicaciones de los materiales, aunque cada fabricante da los valores exactos de su producto. Decir que las caracter\u00edsticas ac\u00fasticas son flojas, ya que se trata de un material ligero. Es cierto aquella expresi\u00f3n de \u00abcuanta m\u00e1s m\u00e1sa , mejor se pasa\u00bb que aprendimos medio en broma durante la carrera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tratarse de materiales ligeros, su capacidad de responder al ruido a\u00e9reo es baja, adem\u00e1s de que son compactos, por lo que pueden llegar a transmitir gran parte del sonido al interior. Esto se puede limitar con el montaje. Cuando colocamos apoyos el\u00e1sticos podemos permitir amortiguar el sonido a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aislamiento t\u00e9rmico depende fundamentalmente del material de relleno y su espesor. El poliestireno y el poliuretano tienen transmitancias t\u00e9rmicas bajas, por lo que son aislamientos t\u00e9rmicos propiamente dichos, que est\u00e1n rodeados de otros materiales. Su buen funcionamiento est\u00e1 supeditado a lo que suceda en los apoyos y en las juntas entre paneles, ya que son los puntos donde es probable o posible construir con puentes t\u00e9rmicos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background\">Se considera material aislante t\u00e9rmico cuando su coeficiente de conductividad t\u00e9rmica: \u03bb es inferior a \u03bb&lt;0.10 W\/m\u00b2\u00b7K medido a 23\u00b0C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En ocasiones buscamos un material que aparentemete no existe.
