Es por ello que en este art\u00edculo hablaremos de este tipo de tecnolog\u00eda y en concreto el uso m\u00e1s avanzado. Cuando aplicamos este tipo de radiaci\u00f3n sobre una superficie podemos atravesarla (hacer cortes), marcarla (como si fuese una fresadora) y podemos utilizar las  nuevas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lasercomercial.com\/es\/maquinas-limpieza-laser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00e1quinas de limpieza l\u00e1ser <\/a><\/strong> que tienen un poder de ataque m\u00e1s controlado para limpiar superficies, como el metal, la piedra, la madera&#8230;  Al final del art\u00edculo podr\u00e1s ver cu\u00e1les son los materiales que no debes de poner bajo el l\u00e1ser, es decir, aquellos que son incompatibles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo comentaremos las ventajas de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lasercomercial.com\/es\/limpieza-laser\/\">limpieza l\u00e1ser<\/a><\/strong> frente a los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de arenado, granallado, lavado a presi\u00f3n o los cepillados mec\u00e1nicos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"371\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?resize=1024%2C371&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70715\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?resize=1024%2C371&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?resize=300%2C109&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?resize=768%2C278&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-12.png?w=1106&amp;ssl=1 1106w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>ejemplos de materiales restaurados<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal ventaja que tiene a mi modo de ver es la escasez de residuos, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los propios residuos que se quieren eliminar de la superficie de la pieza a limpiar. Los arenados y granallados tienen una gran cantidad de peque\u00f1os \u00abproyectiles\u00bb de arena y bolas met\u00e1licas que debemos de limpiar posteriormente. En el caso del l\u00e1ser no tenemos ese tipo de residuos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de la limpieza con chorro a presi\u00f3n, el sistema l\u00e1ser trabaja en seco. Es una gran ventaja ya que tiene posibilidades de aplicaci\u00f3n en cualquier medio. Las m\u00e1quinas de limpieza l\u00e1ser son cada vez m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de transportar y tienen una manejabilidad muy similar a una m\u00e1quina de lavado a presi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cabezales l\u00e1ser tienen un peso estimado de 2,5 kg, y gracias a esto son f\u00e1cilmente manipulables por cualquier trabajador. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe title=\"LIMPIADORA LASER para OXIDO - LASERCOMERCIAL\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Awgxa3Sko-U?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funcionamiento de una m\u00e1quina de limpieza l\u00e1ser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas m\u00e1quinas funcionan generando un rayo por una fuente de l\u00e1ser se comunica a trav\u00e9s de un cable de fibra \u00f3ptica hacia un sistema de espejos (o espejo) que transmiten el l\u00e1ser con la configuraci\u00f3n y la forma deseada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cabezal practicable se encuentra un sistema denominado Galvo que es el instrumento que conduce el rayo l\u00e1ser en una direcci\u00f3n concreta. Si est\u00e1s habituado a controlar gruesos, anchos y frecuencias de onda te resultar\u00e1 f\u00e1cil de configurar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-13.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-13.png?resize=401%2C284&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70716\" width=\"401\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-13.png?w=673&amp;ssl=1 673w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/image-13.png?resize=300%2C213&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><\/a><figcaption><em>fuente P-laser<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Las\u00a0m\u00e1quinas de limpieza l\u00e1ser\u00a0tienen una vida \u00fatil de hasta 100.000 horas, por lo que se trata de instrumentos para limpiar de forma cont\u00ednua y sin necesidad de recargar material o tener otro sistema conectado, como el agua, arena, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPorqu\u00e9 es \u00fatil en construcci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se aplica el l\u00e1ser el material se calienta, pero poco. En general la\u00a0zona afectada por el calor es peque\u00f1a, por lo que no se produce ning\u00fan efecto t\u00e9rmico en el material circundante y por tanto no se producen da\u00f1os t\u00e9rmicos, que podr\u00edan producirse por ejemplo con un decapador.
