Los alba\u00f1iles parece que no dan abasto con tanta demanda. En el caso que me toca directamente, en la provincia de A Coru\u00f1a hay much\u00edsima demanda de trabajadores de este sector. Lo mismo sucede con otras provincias como Barcelona, Zaragoza, etc donde cualquier <a href=\"https:\/\/reformaszaragoza.es\/\">empresa de reformas<\/a> est\u00e1 teniendo mucha demanda.  Esta \u00e9poca de confinamientos y reflexi\u00f3n sobre la vivienda est\u00e1n provocando cambios en nuestra forma de vivir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde las peque\u00f1as reformas para cambiar un espacio hasta las <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/reformaszaragoza.es\/reformas-integrales\/\" target=\"_blank\">reformas integrales<\/a> pasan por un ciclo que debe seguir un gui\u00f3n, sobre todo cuando la vivienda est\u00e1 en uso durante la reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En primer lugar<\/strong> debe de acotarse la zona a intervenir, de manera que interrumpa lo menos posible a los moradores y su actividad. Una reforma en la que se tocan instalaciones, distribuciones, etc puede provocar polvo durante semanas y extenderse durante m\u00e1s tiempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En segundo lugar<\/strong> debe de poder coordinarse la dependencia de las instalaciones, ya que pueden haber cortes de suministro en algunas estancias, por lo que es necesaria una revisi\u00f3n previa en la que se pueda adelantar el estado de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y de fontaner\u00eda, de tal manera que durante la obra se puedan hacer instalaciones provisionales si fuese necesario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1245\" height=\"764\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-5.png?fit=800%2C491\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-5.png?w=1245&amp;ssl=1 1245w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-5.png?resize=300%2C184&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-5.png?resize=1024%2C628&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/image-5.png?resize=768%2C471&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependiendo del tipo de obra, vamos a necesitar una zona para tener alg\u00fan tipo de zona para almacenamiento, tanto para materiales de construcci\u00f3n como para la propia gesti\u00f3n de los residuos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debes de tener la previsi\u00f3n de <strong>c\u00f3mo afectan las obras que vas a realizar a tus vecinos.<\/strong> Es probable que parte de tus instalaciones de saneamiento, o electricidad o fontaner\u00eda pasen en alg\u00fan elemento com\u00fan, sobre todo si el edificio es anterior a los a\u00f1os 80. Adem\u00e1s del propio ruido de las obras, es posible que tengas que avisar al vecino por posibles alteraciones en las instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las obras dentro de tu vivienda tambi\u00e9n deben de responder a la <strong>normativa urban\u00edstica.<\/strong> De esta manera, como promotor eres responsable de estas obras y por tanto de solicitar las pertinentes licencias, o a presentar las declaraciones responsables necesarias. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las reformas est\u00e1n muy a la \u00faltima.
