Ya sea frente a cambios de temperatura, como frente a viento, agua, etc. En aquellos casos que tenemos una fachada protegida, bien sea por su calidad arquitect\u00f3nica, su singularidad, etc, deberemos de aislar por el interior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pong\u00e1monos en el caso de aislar por el exterior con cualquiera de los sistemas de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/termopiedra.com\/el-panel-de-fachada\/fachada-ventilada\/\" target=\"_blank\">fachadas ventiladas<\/a>. En el momento que queremos ennoblecer la fachada con piedra tenemos principalmente dos opciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>sistema de fachada trasventilada tradicional: aquel en el que colocamos una subestructura por el exterior de la fachada para soportar un aplacado de piedra. <\/li><li>sistema <a href=\"https:\/\/termopiedra.com\/\">Termopiedra<\/a>: sistema fijado directamente a la fachada existente, sin subestructura. Se apoya directamente a anclajes puntuales, con perfiles de sujecci\u00f3n vertical y horizontal, que no aumentan el espesor de la fachada.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventajas de la fachada ventilada de Termopiedra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal diferencia es precisamente la ventilaci\u00f3n. La fachada de paneles de piedra con aislamiento se distancia unos pocos mil\u00edmetros con respecto de la hoja a revestir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1071\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/termopiedra.jpg?fit=800%2C242\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70042\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/termopiedra.jpg?w=1071&amp;ssl=1 1071w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/termopiedra.jpg?resize=300%2C91&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/termopiedra.jpg?resize=1024%2C310&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/termopiedra.jpg?resize=768%2C232&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1071px) 100vw, 1071px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El espesor que adquiere el panel, formado por poliestireno extruido de alta densidad le aporta una mayor rigidez, una soluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima frente a situaciones de impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n de las juntas se realiza a trav\u00e9s de juntas cerradas, lo que permite una mayor impermeabilidad del sistema. Este hecho mejora tambi\u00e9n el comportamiento de los anclajes, ocultos en el aislamiento, evitando los puente t\u00e9rmicos puntuales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe title=\"Montaje termopiedra\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c4WUxpYRF3E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anotaciones al sistema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las caracter\u00edsticas del sistema obligan a hacer algunas observaciones, a la hora de tener en cuenta el sistema como el definitivo para rehabilitar una fachada en piedra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacidad portante de la hoja a la que se anclar\u00e1 el sistema debe de garantizar los anclajes. Es por eso que no todos los espesores de piedra se podr\u00e1n colocar sin previamente no haber consultado a los fabricantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ventilaci\u00f3n se produce en la cara caliente del aislamiento. Esto es bueno para la permeabilidad al vapor del cerramiento. La ventilaci\u00f3n en la zona de los anclajes es importante para garantizar su sequedad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata de una fachada ventilada al uso. Est\u00e1 a caballo entre un SATE y una fachada ventilada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como cualquier sistema de fachada, las piezas de remate de las esquinas y de los bordes de los huecos deben de ser las propias, o piezas pensadas para funcionar solidariamente con el sistema, ya sean los vierteaguas como las albardillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tenemos claro que el hecho de aislar por el exterior es mejor que por el interior, salvamos todos los posibles puentes t\u00e9rmicos y conservamos los materiales en mejor estado.
