{"id":70022,"date":"2020-07-14T07:41:02","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T06:41:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=70022"},"modified":"2020-07-14T07:41:10","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T06:41:10","slug":"elementos-imprescindibles-para-finalizar-una-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/elementos-imprescindibles-para-finalizar-una-vivienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Elementos imprescindibles para finalizar una vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hablemos de remates y de materiales: albardillas, frentes de balcones, barandillas, vierteaguas, bandejas, canalones&#8230; en acero galvanizado, acero prelacado, inoxidable, acero cort\u00e9n, aluminio, zinc, prefabricados&#8230; sin olvidar la madera y la piedra natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son todos aquellos elementos que perfilan la construcci\u00f3n y le dan elegancia, y que como tal debemos de cuidar. Vamos a intentar explicarlos y llamar a las cosas por su nombre. Est\u00e1 claro que a lo largo de la geograf\u00eda tenemos variedad de t\u00e9rminos, pero como t\u00e9cnicos debemos de utilizar los apropiados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando las  <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/canalonescool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">empresas de canalones en Madrid<\/a> llegan a la obra es probable que el resto de remates tengan que sincronizarse con ellos, claramente por est\u00e9tica, pero tambi\u00e9n por m\u00e1s cosas, y os explico el porqu\u00e9. Mas all\u00e1 de explicar las propiedades de los materiales de acabado hablaremos de las relaciones entre ellos. Desde el canal\u00f3n hasta las arquetas, el agua discurre y en muchos casos pasamos por distintos materiales,  y especialmente su relaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica afecta a su est\u00e9tica final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pongamos por caso, tenemos una cubierta de cobre. Si colocamos un canal\u00f3n de zinc tendremos problemas de par galv\u00e1nico, por lo que el zinc se oxidar\u00e1. Lo mismo ocurre con todo aquello que tengamos aguas abajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"803\" height=\"486\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-6.png?resize=803%2C486\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70036\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-6.png?w=803&amp;ssl=1 803w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-6.png?resize=300%2C182&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-6.png?resize=768%2C465&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 803px) 100vw, 803px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para poder elegir los materiales de remate debemos de tener en cuenta el orden de colocaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de su carga el\u00e9ctrica, si, adem\u00e1s de la est\u00e9tica, lo m\u00e1s electronegativos arriba, los m\u00e1s electropositivos abajo. Generalmente forma el per\u00edmetro de las cubiertas planas, el remate superior de los muros de bloque, los muros de dos hojas&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cubrepilar:<\/strong> peque\u00f1a albardilla para elementos puntuales, como pilares de un muro de cierre de una parcela. Generalmente tienen forma piramidal o plana. Al igual que las albardillas no desaguan en un canal\u00f3n, pero tienen goter\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vierteaguas:<\/strong> remate de la parte baja de un hueco, para permitir evacuar el agua. Es una continuaci\u00f3n de la carpinter\u00eda. Se le llama a la pieza inferior de la carpinter\u00eda que forma un plano inclinado que vierte al alfeizar. Si el alf\u00e9izar es inclinado tambi\u00e9n se le puede llamar as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00e1rgolas:<\/strong> Cuando los canalones no tienen bajante y permitimos que el agua caiga a chorro, colocamos estas piezas. Desde las tradicionales g\u00e1rgolas de las catedrales a peque\u00f1as piezas que pr\u00e1cticamente son rebosaderos del canal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Umbrales: <\/strong>Los remates inferiores de los pasos de puerta, en algunos lugares tambi\u00e9n llamada solera. Debido al paso de gente y la entrada de suciedad acostumbran ser de piedra, hormig\u00f3n u hormig\u00f3n pol\u00edmero. Los metales no son apropiados para esa ubicaci\u00f3n, ya que se rayan con facilidad y porque podr\u00edan producirse peque\u00f1as oxidaciones, bien por las gotas de suciedad que se puedan acumular, como por contacto con otros materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" height=\"565\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?resize=810%2C565\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?w=810&amp;ssl=1 810w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?resize=300%2C209&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?resize=768%2C536&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?resize=392%2C272&amp;ssl=1 392w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-7.png?resize=130%2C90&amp;ssl=1 130w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><figcaption>cuidado con los remates&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cornisas:<\/strong> En la arquitectura cl\u00e1sica, la cornisa era el remate superior del muro, que adelanta la cubierta para impedir la incidencia directa del agua, adem\u00e1s de ser un elemento ornamental y compositivo. Hoy en d\u00eda se hace referencia a la cornisa como altura de la edificaci\u00f3n, que coincide con la parte baja del alero. Hoy en dia la cornisa cl\u00e1sica, como el sillar de remate del muro ha desaparecido. Lo que no se ha extinguido es la imitaci\u00f3n de estilos tan cl\u00e1sicos como la cornisa de <em>cavetto,<\/em> la moldura c\u00f3ncava con tapa abocinada hacia fuera&#8230; que las tenemos de piedra, hormig\u00f3n pol\u00edmero, hasta poliestireno (en interiores, claro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Canalones: <\/strong>Habitualmente llamamos canalones a las piezas c\u00f3ncavas que se colocan en la parte baja de la cubierta para recoger las aguas de escorrent\u00eda que deslizan por las cubiertas inclinadas.
