El sol calienta nuestras cubiertas y nuestras fachadas, por consiguiente nuestros espacios interiores. Lo interesante de todo esto es que podemos ver la manera de explotarlo. Empresas como la de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eduardomas.es\/servicios\/energia-solar-almeria.html\">Eduardo M\u00e1s<\/a> trabajan con paneles t\u00e9rmicos y fotovoltaicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En alg\u00fan art\u00edculo anterior debat\u00edamos si es \u00e9tica la fabricaci\u00f3n de un sistema de ahorro de energ\u00eda y reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de CO2, con sistemas que en su proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n utilizan silicio y otros compuestos y materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EFE | <em>La fabricaci\u00f3n de placas solares resulta cada vez menos contaminante; tanto que, para 2018, la industria de placas fotovoltaicas para el aprovechamiento de la energ\u00eda solar habr\u00e1 evitado m\u00e1s contaminaci\u00f3n y emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero de las que ha generado durante 40 a\u00f1os de producci\u00f3n y desarrollo, seg\u00fan se desprende de un estudio de la revista &#8216;Nature&#8217;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento hubo gran discusi\u00f3n sobre si era el momento de producir placas solares (sobre todo las fotovoltaicas), puesto que se contaminaba mucho en su fabricaci\u00f3n.  As\u00ed se ven\u00eda predicando ya, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/03\/08\/AR2008030802595.html\">en un art\u00edculo de investigaci\u00f3n publicado en marzo de 2008<\/a>, Ariana Eunjung Cha demostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo contaminan los paneles solares. En ella describi\u00f3 una instalaci\u00f3n china productora de polisilicio de propiedad de Luoyang Zhonggui High-Technology Co., ubicada cerca al r\u00edo Amarillo en la provincia de Henan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta instalaci\u00f3n suministraba polisilicio a Suntech Power Holdings, para aquel entonces el fabricante de celdas solares m\u00e1s grande del mundo, as\u00ed como a otras compa\u00f1\u00edas fotovoltaicas de alto perfil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La periodista encontr\u00f3 que la compa\u00f1\u00eda estaba desechando los residuos de tetracloruro de silicio en campos vecinos en lugar de invertir en equipos que pudieran reprocesarlos, lo que dejaba estos campos inservibles para el cultivo e inflamaba los ojos y las gargantas de los residentes vecinos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora que se contamina menos en su producci\u00f3n <strong>es el momento de recuperar el tiempo perdido<\/strong> y todas las emisiones causadas a contracorriente de la tendencia del medio, que debe de buscar la huella de carbono negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"580\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/energia.jpg?resize=870%2C580\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/energia.jpg?w=870&amp;ssl=1 870w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/energia.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/energia.jpg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><figcaption>energ\u00eda solar t\u00e9rmica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energ\u00eda solar t\u00e9rmica<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un sistema que de origen no busca ning\u00fan material contaminante, m\u00e1s que el propio material de los materiales cque lo componen, las tuber\u00edas y los vidrios. Resulta bastante tiempo, pero es mucho menos de los 25-30 a\u00f1os que el fabricante garantiza que esos paneles seguir\u00e1n produciendo electricidad de forma limpia a partir de la simple luz del Sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas son estimaciones de la industria fotovoltaica, que asegura que el mito que circula por Internet de que estas instalaciones no compensan todo lo que se contaminan durante su fabricaci\u00f3n viene de las primeras placas fotovoltaicas de los a\u00f1os 50, cuando realmente se gastaba m\u00e1s energ\u00eda en producirlas que la que luego se sacaba con ellas. Sin embargo, esta tecnolog\u00eda ha avanzado mucho desde entonces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn cualquier pu\u00f1ado de arena tienes s\u00edlice, pero para conseguir la mayor pureza posible de silicio es mejor utilizar directamente  cuarzo\u201d, explica Antonio Navarro, director adjunto a la presidencia de Siliken. El silicio metal\u00fargico que se emplea para aleaciones de aluminio o siliconas tiene una pureza del 98-99%, pero para las aplicaciones solares (el silicio de grado solar) se requiere una ultrapureza del 99% . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La f\u00e1brica de Casas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez realiz\u00f3 sus \u00faltimos ajustes para, a partir de silicio metal\u00fargico como el de Ferroatl\u00e1ntica, producir silicio con una pureza a\u00fan mayor del 99,9% , la necesaria para poder venderlo tambi\u00e9n a la industria electr\u00f3nica para productos inform\u00e1ticos. Por su parte, la propia Ferroatl\u00e1ntica espera fabricar tambi\u00e9n un silicio para placas solares con un sistema metal\u00fargico m\u00e1s barato, aunque con alg\u00fan nueve menos. No hay duda de que existe un gran inter\u00e9s por llegar a producir silicio de esta pureza en Espa\u00f1a, y no es por los microchips, sino por las placas fotovoltaicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado son unos paneles capaces de generar electricidad sin generar ning\u00fan tipo de emisi\u00f3n o residuo, a partir de los rayos del Sol. Pueden haber sido fabricados aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a o en pa\u00edses como China (en 2008 fue mucho mayor la importaci\u00f3n y en 2009 la exportaci\u00f3n).
