Si sincronizamos el momento de soltar la respuesta descubriremos que cada uno tenemos nuestra versi\u00f3n. Realmente es f\u00e1cil de entender el porqu\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la duda de si <a rel=\"sponsored\" href=\"https:\/\/ventaneria.es\/pvc-o-aluminio\/\">aluminio o pvc<\/a> debemos de responder como un gallego, depende. Esto quiere decir que existe una permeabilidad al aire bajo una presi\u00f3n de 100 pascales m3\/hora x m2 inferior a 3 en funci\u00f3n de superficie, e inferior a 0,75 en funci\u00f3n de la longitud de las aperturas, con una presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de ensayo de 600 pascales. Por si no te queda claro, es la clase m\u00e1s alta, pasan muy poco aire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es vital en <a href=\"https:\/\/ventaneria.es\/cerramientos-de-terrazas\/\">cerramientos de terraza<\/a>, que generalmente tienen mucha superficie, y es donde el aire act\u00faa con m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n. Ojo! no confundir con la resistencia al viento, esa se \u00abcontrola\u00bb bajo la norma UNE-EN 12210 (que en este caso ambas son Clase 5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/teoria-de-construccion-ensayo-carpinteria.jpg?resize=768%2C574\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69726\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/teoria-de-construccion-ensayo-carpinteria.jpg?w=768&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/teoria-de-construccion-ensayo-carpinteria.jpg?resize=300%2C224&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption>extrual.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estanqueidad al agua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de la carpinter\u00eda de PVC tenemos una clase E1800, mientras que en la de aluminio tenemos una clase E1200.  Esto quiere decir que soporta m\u00e1s Pascales de presi\u00f3n frente a la entrada de agua la carpinter\u00eda de PVC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma europea EN 1027 define el m\u00e9todo convencional que se usa para determinar la estanqueidad al agua de las ventanas y puertas completamente ensambladas y de cualquier material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la norma EN 12208 establece la clasificaci\u00f3n de las ventanas y puertas ensayadas con la EN 1027. Se establecen hasta 9 clases con el m\u00e9todo de Ensayo A y 7 clases con el m\u00e9todo de Ensayo B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estanqueidad al agua de una carpinter\u00eda cerrada se define como su capacidad para resistir a la penetraci\u00f3n de agua. Se considera penetraci\u00f3n de agua al humedecimiento continuo o repetido de la cara interior de la carpinter\u00eda o de partes no dise\u00f1adas para ser mojadas cuando el agua drena hacia la cara exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCuales son las ventajas del aluminio frente al PVC?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la comparativa anterior podemos ver que las prestaciones de la carpinter\u00eda de polivinilo son superiores. El aluminio destaca en sencillez de perfiler\u00eda, dejando todo en manos de los acristalamientos. La durabilidad de los perfiles es mucho mayor en el aluminio, y existen acabados con m\u00e1s opciones, lacados, anodizados, mates, brillos, combinaciones de colores interior-exterior&#8230; y sobre todo esbeltez. Las carpinter\u00edas con los sistemas de hoja oculta en aluminio llegan a 60 mm en las carpinter\u00edas de precios asequibles, mientras que en PVC todav\u00eda est\u00e1n en 90 mm de frente. Esto provoca que, en huecos peque\u00f1os, reducen mucha m\u00e1s entrada de luz las carpiter\u00edas de PVC que las de aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como conclusi\u00f3n, pi\u00e9nsate mejor el acristalamiento, la carpinter\u00eda es importante a la hora de alta frecuencia de aperturas (donde recomendar\u00eda el aluminio por delante del PVC), al igual que donde la necesidad de entrada de luz sea muy importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomendaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Busca el   Manual Pr\u00e1ctico de Prescripci\u00f3n y Recepci\u00f3n de Ventanas en Obra  de ASEFAVE (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Fabricantes de Ventanas) <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parece que es una duda que en nuestra cabeza tiene f\u00e1cil respuesta.
