{"id":696,"date":"2011-01-16T12:51:29","date_gmt":"2011-01-16T12:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.com\/?p=696"},"modified":"2011-01-16T12:51:29","modified_gmt":"2011-01-16T12:51:29","slug":"fundentes-o-flux-en-soldadura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/fundentes-o-flux-en-soldadura\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundentes o flux en soldadura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tambi\u00e9n llamados fundentes de fluor.<\/p>\n<p>Un fundente \u00e1cido para soldadura es un qu\u00edmico empleado para limpiar y proteger el \u00e1rea (uni\u00f3n) donde se juntan dos piezas met\u00e1licas.<\/p>\n<p>En la soldadura tiene los siguientes beneficios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduce \u00f3xidos en todas las superficies involucrados en la uni\u00f3n de soldadura.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce la tensi\u00f3n superficial de la soldadura fundida.<\/li>\n<li>Ayuda a prevenir la reoxidaci\u00f3n de la superficie durante la soldadura.<\/li>\n<li>Ayuda a transferir calor a las superficies a soldar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cuando el material de aporte funde, desplaza al fundente ya que la atracci\u00f3n entre el metal base y el de aportaci\u00f3n es mayor que entre el fundente y el metal base. Si las superficies que est\u00e1n siendo soldadas se oxidan debido a la falta de fundente o a un fundente inadecuado, el fundente saturado de \u00f3xidos aumenta su viscosidad y no puede ser completamente desplazado por el material de aporte. Este es un nuevo caso de discontinuidad en la uni\u00f3n, y se conoce con el nombre de <em>flux<\/em> atrapado.<\/p>\n<p>Los fundentes se dise\u00f1an solamente para eliminar las pel\u00edculas de \u00f3xidos producidas durante la soldadura, cualquier otro contaminante como grasa, polvo, debe ser eliminado con anterioridad.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan las temperaturas que se desee alcanzar, estos compuestos var\u00edan: el plomo y los \u00e1lcalis para las m\u00e1s bajas, y el sodio y el potasio de los feldespatos para las altas.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"soldadura\" src=\"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/01\/soldador.jpg?w=273&#038;resize=415%2C456\" alt=\"\" width=\"415\" height=\"456\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los fundentes m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente utilizados son:<br \/>\nRango de Actividad<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Easyflo (550-800\u00baC)<\/p>\n<p>Se especifica para aplicaciones que utilizan cobre, lat\u00f3n, aceros poco aleados e inoxidables siempre que la temperatura de brazing sea inferior a 700\u00ba.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Easyflo Stainless Steel Grade (550-775\u00baC)<\/p>\n<p>Esta recomendado para aceros inoxidables soldados con aleaciones base plata y que tengan un liquidus de 725\u00baC, su mayor contenido en fl\u00faor aumenta su actividad en la disoluci\u00f3n de \u00f3xidos.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenacity No 5 (600-900\u00baC)<\/p>\n<p>Se recomienda para aceros inoxidables que requieran temperaturas de soldadura por encima de 700\u00baC o en materiales de cobre donde el calor aplicado sea prolongado.<\/p>\n<p>Se distinguen los siguientes grupos seg\u00fan el componente qu\u00edmico:<\/p>\n<p>* R \u2013 Resina, fue el primer flux utilizado en la electr\u00f3nica y a\u00fan es empleado. Est\u00e1 hecho de savia que emana de algunos \u00e1rboles (no haluros\/no \u00e1cidos organicos). Adecuado para limpieza con solvente\/saponificador. Este flux debe de ser lavado.<\/p>\n<p>* RMA \u2013 Resina Media Activada (haluros limitados, \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos d\u00e9biles limiados) Adecuado para limpieza con solvente\/saponificador<\/p>\n<p>* RA \u2013 Resina Activada (haluros\/\u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos d\u00e9biles). Usado por algunos como no-clean, usualmente con solvente\/saponificador.<\/p>\n<p>* RSA \u2013 Resina Super Activada (alto nivel de haluros y \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos). Limpiado con solvente\/saponificador.<\/p>\n<p>* OA \u2013 Org\u00e1nico Activado (alto nivel de haluros, alto nivel de \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos fuertes). Debe de ser lavado con agua o saponificador<\/p>\n<p>* NO-CLEAN \u2013 Los residuos no se lavan, no degradan la Resistencia al Aislamiento de Superficie (SIR).<\/p>\n<p>* RESINA NATURAL Y SINTETICA \u2013 Acidos Org\u00e1nicos d\u00e9biles y haluros.<\/p>\n<p>* RESINA NATURAL Y SINTETICA \u2013 Acidos org\u00e1nicos d\u00e9biles solamente (sin haluros).<\/p>\n<p>* VOC-FREE \u2013 \u00c1cidos org\u00e1nicos d\u00e9biles usualmente libres de resinas.
