La web de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cadepa.com\/es\/\">Cadepa<\/a><\/strong> lo explica muy bien.\u00a0 Imag\u00ednate que tienes que enviar un mueble tan delicado como la mesa de Porada que est\u00e1 en la imagen superior, te preguntar\u00e1s c\u00f3mo hacer la mudanza de algo as\u00ed con total seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Existen cuatro desviaciones propias de una carga en un palet que hay que controlar para la completa eficiencia y correcto funcionamiento a la hora de moverlos. Si se respetan los l\u00edmites de cada palet, no deben de dejarse protuberancias hacia el exterior de la l\u00ednea que marca su borde, ni rebosamientos de la misma ni colocarla adentrada, as\u00ed como tampoco permitir que se escore, es decir, que se distorsione.<\/p>\n<p>Visitando la web\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cadepa.com\/es\/\">http:\/\/cadepa.com\/es\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>se pueden ver muchos ejemplos para cada tipo de objeto a transportar, ya sea automoci\u00f3n, mobiliario, arte, materiales de construcci\u00f3n, etc. Hay que intentar escapar de las l\u00e1minas estirables, que poca gente sabe colocar bien (solo se deben de colocar en horizontal), si no se puede producir el \u00abefecto columpio\u00bb; para ello hay que pensar en embalajes r\u00edgidos y con unas protecciones a medida del producto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomendaciones de los transportistas de paletas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">I. Dimensiones de la base 800 x 1200 mm:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Se recomienda a Fabricantes y Distribuidores de productos de gran consumo el uso de la paleta est\u00e1ndar 800 x 1200 mm. Sus especificaciones se ajustan a la Norma Espa\u00f1ola sobre fabricaci\u00f3n de paletas de madera (NORMA UNE49-902-77 PARTE III). De esta forma, se garantiza la absoluta compatibilidad con la Paleta Europea de 800 x 1200 mm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">II. peso:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Sobre la paleta definitiva en el apartado anterior se limita la carga m\u00e1xima a 1.000 Kg.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">III. alturas:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Todas las alturas que se nombren a continuaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1n entenderse con paleta incluida. Se establece como\u00a0<b>NORMA GENERAL<\/b>\u00a0una altura m\u00e1xima de\u00a0<b>1, 45 metros.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">IV. Excepciones a la norma general:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Para el subsector de Celulosas, se establece una altura m\u00e1xima de 2 metros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68873 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Foto3.jpg?resize=500%2C250\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Frente a los ejemplos anteriormente expuestos, una <strong>perfecta estructura de la carga, se consigue<\/strong> mediante:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Una cohesi\u00f3n natural, es decir, la imbricaci\u00f3n de paquetes. En algunos casos, se pueden disponer los paquetes en pilas mejorando la resistencia de los paquetes m\u00e1s que la cohesi\u00f3n de la carga. La posici\u00f3n de diedro sobre diedro garantiza una mejor resistencia a la compresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Una cohesi\u00f3n artificial, es decir, la utilizaci\u00f3n de dispositivos especiales de mantenimiento (banderolado, cola, flejes). La utilizaci\u00f3n de envases con superficies no deslizantes ayuda a la cohesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La principal ventaja que proporciona una buena estructura es el aumento de la estabilidad, lo que se traduce en un menor riesgo de rotura y p\u00e9rdida de la carga.\u00a0La carga perfectamente mantenida durante las operaciones de manipulaci\u00f3n, almacenaje y transporte permite una ocupaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de los racks y de los veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>Una estructura que no proporcione suficiente cohesi\u00f3n a las cargas, producir\u00e1 abanicos y dislocaciones en las mismas durante su manipulaci\u00f3n y transporte, aumentando el riesgo de hundimiento y rotura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Para medir la calidad de la paletizaci\u00f3n se recomienda la aplicaci\u00f3n de norma ISO 4180\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace algunos art\u00edculos atr\u00e1s habl\u00e1bamos de los tipos de pl\u00e1stico aislante que podemos encontrar como protecci\u00f3n, su f\u00e1cil moldeabilidad y caracter\u00edsticas, que muchas veces son \u00fatiles para otras aplicaciones constructivas.
