Es importante que los distintos componentes\u00a0de un edificio tengan un envejecimiento paralelo, o sea, que tengan un tiempo\u00a0de duraci\u00f3n lo mas parecido posible.\u00a0La experiencia nos demuestra que las instalaciones de agua sanitaria, est\u00e1n entre los<br \/>\nelementos que tienen, actualmente, una menor duraci\u00f3n, por tanto, nos obliga a un\u00a0mantenimiento y en algunos casos a su sustituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera aparece el sistema de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/inoxpres.com\/pressfitting\/inoxpres-pressfitting-gas\">pressfitting <\/a><\/strong>, frente a los diferentes sistemas utilizados en las instalaciones de las redes de fluidos (agua,\u00a0gas, aire, etc.), vienen desde tiempos inmemoriales caracterizados por uniones roscadas\u00a0o soldadas. Con el empleo de tubos de cobre y pl\u00e1stico, las t\u00e9cnicas de uniones han\u00a0sufrido una gran innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>En ambos casos <strong>la t\u00e9cnica de soldadura presenta algunos problemas<\/strong> pr\u00e1cticos, que\u00a0si en aquellos tiempos eran poco importantes por el bajo coste de la mano de obra,\u00a0hoy han empezado a tener un peso importante. Este inconveniente se ve\u00eda acrecentado\u00a0cuando el material para las instalaciones era el acero inoxidable con soldadura.\u00a0Por lo que se refiere a los accesorios tradicionales de compresi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica, tanto para\u00a0tubos met\u00e1licos como de pl\u00e1stico, tienen el inconveniente de no ser considerados id\u00f3neos para instalaciones empotradas. Esto significa que en la vivienda moderna, donde\u00a0la est\u00e9tica reviste un papel importante, el uso de tales t\u00e9cnicas de uni\u00f3n presenta algunos\u00a0problemas.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68861\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/teoria-de-construccion-junta-inoxpress.jpg?resize=586%2C421\" alt=\"\" width=\"586\" height=\"421\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>este sistema de fijaci\u00f3n entre tuber\u00edas soporta hasta 16 Bar de presi\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ya no estamos en presencia de una demanda primaria de base: hoy, quien compra una\u00a0vivienda casi siempre exige un nivel t\u00e9cnico de las instalaciones superior a la anterior.\u00a0Este tipo de desarrollo del mercado<strong> genera una concienciaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica cada vez mayor\u00a0por parte del usuario<\/strong>, el cual de hecho, ya no juzga ni elige un determinado sistema de\u00a0instalaci\u00f3n exclusivamente en funci\u00f3n de su coste, sino que considera otros par\u00e1metros\u00a0important\u00edsimos: fiabilidad del sistema, que cumpla las normas, higi\u00e9nico, valor a\u00f1adido\u00a0al inmueble, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de en las instalaciones de fontaner\u00eda, calefacci\u00f3n y gas, el sistema inoxPRES puede ser utilizado en instalaciones de procesos industriales. En estos casos, el uso del acero inoxidable no constituye ninguna novedad. La \u00fanica diferencia con respecto a lo tradicional estriba en la tecnolog\u00eda de uni\u00f3n, que no precisa soldadura TIG, con todas las ventajas operativas y el considerable ahorro de tiempo. Como vemos en la fotograf\u00eda una soldadura TIG que no se realice con purga (gas inerte en el interior) dar\u00e1 lugar a una corrosi\u00f3n interior, debido al calentamiento en el proceso de fusi\u00f3n. Mas adelante veremos con m\u00e1s detenimiento el proceso de montaje; por ahora ser\u00e1 sufi ciente con observar como la uni\u00f3n est\u00e1 asegurada tanto por la deformaci\u00f3n de las paredes del tubo y el accesorio como del alojamiento de la junta. En tanto que la junta t\u00f3rica garantiza la estanqueidad hacia el exterior, la deformaci\u00f3n simultanea de la embocadura del accesorio y el tubo, garantizan la uni\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.
