{"id":68744,"date":"2018-02-20T22:42:17","date_gmt":"2018-02-20T21:42:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=68744"},"modified":"2018-02-20T22:42:17","modified_gmt":"2018-02-20T21:42:17","slug":"los-sistemas-de-climatizacion-mas-rentables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/los-sistemas-de-climatizacion-mas-rentables\/","title":{"rendered":"Los sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s rentables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alguna vez hemos explicado en el blog el \u00absorprendente\u00bb rendimiento de una bomba de calor, y su aplicaci\u00f3n en los sitemas de climatizaci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aircon.panasonic.eu\/ES_es\/\">aire acondicionado y calefacci\u00f3n<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Pero nada de sorprendente es el rendimiento de un 300 o 400 %.\u00a0 Aqu\u00ed explicaremos m\u00e1s a fondo la teor\u00eda sobre las m\u00e1quinas t\u00e9rmicas inversivas o bombas de calor, y explicar como en un ciclo se transfiere calor entre un ambiente a baja temperatura y otro a alta temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n entender el trabajo que necesita un motor para que se produzca este intercambio. La energ\u00eda que consume el motor es la que se requiere para absorber el calor de un ambiente a baja temperatura, situado en el exterior y transportarlo hasta un ambiente interior, a mayor temperatura en la gran mayor\u00eda de casos, y calentarlo.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube_sc url=\u00bbhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_23uhAxlUEs\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Este sistema se puede definir como\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aircon.panasonic.eu\/ES_es\/ranges\/aquarea\/\">sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n rentable<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>y viene a definirse por el COPrv, que es la eficiencia m\u00e1xima, y que s\u00f3lo depende de la temperatura de condensaci\u00f3n y evaporaci\u00f3n del l\u00edquido, y ser\u00e1 tanto m\u00e1s elevada cuanto menor sea la diferencia entre ambas temperaturas, y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s alta cuanto mayor sea la temperatura de evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estos sistemas se integran dentro de un sistema h\u00edbrido, generalmente con energ\u00eda solar, a lo que habitualmente se conoce como DXSAHP (siglas infernales para pronunciar, pero que viene a ser Direct Expansion Solar Assisted Heat Pump, o bomba de calor de expansi\u00f3n directa asistida con energ\u00eda solar) Esta configuraci\u00f3n se desarrolla en en la tesis que os dejo enlazada m\u00e1s abajo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero ojo!, que no se trata de un sistema moderno, ya en los a\u00f1os 50 Sporn and Ambrose realizaron los primeros trabajos con este concepto de m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente los l\u00edquidos refrigerantes que se utilizan en los sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n son el 407c, el 410a y el 134a. Se utilizan adem\u00e1s tanto en la refrigeraci\u00f3n por compresi\u00f3n como por absorci\u00f3n. Los gases refrigerantes cambian su estado de l\u00edquido a gaseoso absorbiendo en el proceso el exceso de calor y solt\u00e1ndolo al condensarse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energ\u00eda de calidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se entiende por calidad de la energ\u00eda la mayor o menor disposici\u00f3n que esta ofrece para convertirse en trabajo. Esto viene del segundo principio de la termodin\u00e1mica, que trata de la calidad de la energ\u00eda. Con este criterio se puede decir que la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica lo es, ya que aplicada a un motor el\u00e9ctrico se puede convertir en trabajo, con un rendimiento superior al 90%.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso dela energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica, depende de su nivel t\u00e9rmico. La producci\u00f3n de calor se entiende de calidad, o admisible como tal, cuando se comprueba que la producci\u00f3n de calor ser\u00e1 superior al consumo que el CoP define. Se \u00abtransporta\u00bb la energ\u00eda en forma de calor entre dos ambientes.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-68756\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bomba-de-calor-panasonic-aquarea-bibloc3-640x360.jpg?resize=640%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bomba-de-calor-panasonic-aquarea-bibloc3.jpg?resize=640%2C360&amp;ssl=1 640w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bomba-de-calor-panasonic-aquarea-bibloc3.jpg?resize=230%2C130&amp;ssl=1 230w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00abLos cacharros\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cada vez existen m\u00e1s combinaciones de productos, unidades interiores y exteriores, incluso solamente interiores que son capaces de tener unos rendimientos altos. Independientemente de esto, lo que s\u00ed existe dentro de los aparatos son estos dos elementos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La v\u00e1lvula de expansi\u00f3n: libera la presi\u00f3n del gas refrigerante, donde empieza a evaporarse (este proceso termina en el evaporador) situado en la unidad interior.<\/li>\n<li>El compresor: comprime el gas que llega desde el evaporador en estado gaseoso.
