Me hago esta pregunta siempre que intento ense\u00f1ar muestras de l\u00e1minas y explicar su funcionamiento. La\u00a0intenci\u00f3n de este art\u00edculo es poder encuadrar los tipos de l\u00e1mina y que puedas saber donde y c\u00f3mo utilizar cada uno. Si has llegado hasta aqu\u00ed y est\u00e1s interesado en conocer las l\u00e1minas impermeables como cliente, no te preocupes, hablaremos de ellas con t\u00e9rminos familiares, c\u00f3mo lo har\u00eda <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arficom.com\/impermeabilizacion-cubiertas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arficom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Me interesa particularmente hablar de dos grupos de l\u00e1minas impermeables:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e1minas asf\u00e1lticas<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e1minas sint\u00e9ticas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero antes decir que realmente las cubiertas met\u00e1licas y las aplicaciones in situ (proyectados y pintados) tambi\u00e9n son impermeables, siempre que, como todo, est\u00e9n correctamente ejecutadas. Tambi\u00e9n recordar que se consideran planas las cubiertas que llegan hasta una pendiente del 5%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00c1MINAS ASF\u00c1LTICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u00e1minas enarenadas<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e1minas plastificadas<\/li>\n<li>l\u00e1minas con autoprotecci\u00f3n (mineral o met\u00e1lica)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L\u00c1MINAS SINT\u00c9TICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PVC-P<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e1mina de poliolefinas termopl\u00e1sticas o TPO<\/li>\n<li>Caucho de etileno-propileno-dieno \u00f3 EPDM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68421\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/lamina-impermeable-mapei-chino.jpg?resize=1180%2C696\" alt=\"\" width=\"1180\" height=\"696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/lamina-impermeable-mapei-chino.jpg?w=1180&amp;ssl=1 1180w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/lamina-impermeable-mapei-chino.jpg?resize=768%2C453&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1180px) 100vw, 1180px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No quiero que esto \u00abte suene a chino\u00bb por eso ahora que las tenemos ubicadas dentro de su grupo, vamos a definirlas mejor:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las l\u00e1minas asf\u00e1lticas<\/strong> son productos laminares. Se instalan adheridas al soporte\u00a0aprovechando la adherencia de la propia composici\u00f3n ante la aplicaci\u00f3n de calor con una imprimaci\u00f3n previa (via agua o disolvente) No es conveniente que pase tiempo desde la aplicaci\u00f3n de la imprimaci\u00f3n hasta el soldado de la l\u00e1mina.<\/p>\n<p>Existe la opci\u00f3n de colocarlas semiadheridas o flotantes, sobre un elemento de separaci\u00f3n que generalmente es un fieltro de fibra de vidrio dada su resistencia al calor. No olvidemos que la aplicaci\u00f3n de calor se realiza generalmente con decapadores o sopletes, que da\u00f1ar\u00edan otro tipo de laminas de separaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este grupo encontramos las <strong>l\u00e1minas autoprotegidas,<\/strong> que se encuentran dentro de un subgrupo de l\u00e1minas asf\u00e1lticas que es el de \u00abarmadura externa\u00bb, frente a las l\u00e1minas con \u00abarmadura interna\u00bb de fibra de vidrio, poliester \u00f3 polietileno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las l\u00e1minas sint\u00e9ticas<\/strong> son fundamentalmente de tres materiales (PVC, TPO \u00f3 EPDM)<\/p>\n<p>Por comentar las principales diferencias entre ellas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las descripciones<em> wikip\u00e9dicas<\/em>\u00a0, podemos decir que el EPDM debe de unirse mediante un material \u00abdiferente\u00bb, ya sea con juntas r\u00e1pidas o bandas autoadhesivas, que a diferencia del PVC o poliolefinas se produce mediante soldaduras qu\u00edmicas.<\/p>\n<p>Las poliolefinas (TPO) a pesar de tener ese nombre son los pl\u00e1sticos m\u00e1s comunes y econ\u00f3micos. Los fabricantes dan muchas propiedades diferentes a sus productos, por lo que es vital asegurarse de definir bien las propiedades que se est\u00e1n buscando. Las soldaduras se realizan con soldadura t\u00e9rmica con m\u00e1quina de aire caliente o autom\u00e1tica con cu\u00f1a de calor, \u00a1ojo a los que pelan gorrinos en la cubierta con el soplete!<\/p>\n<p>NOTA: De forma gen\u00e9rica podemos calificar la poliolefina como aquella resina sint\u00e9tica elaborada por la polimeraci\u00f3n de olefinas o aquelenos (etileno, propileno, buteno&#8230;) por lo que engloba a muchos materiales polim\u00e9ricos termopl\u00e1sticos y otros con propiedades el\u00e1sticas como el caucho de etileno propileno (ERP)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arficom.com\/contacto\/\" target=\"_blank\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/app.box.com\/embed_widget\/s\/7k4fhyefzley7jpijs0gb96eoxyq62nb?view=list&amp;sort=name&amp;direction=ASC&amp;theme=blue\" width=\"100%\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imagen destacada: Impermeablizaci\u00f3n de Arficom<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1s trabajando en alguna impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de cubierta? \u00bfTe das cuenta de la l\u00ednea a trazos que dibujas en un detalle constructivo? \u00bfHas llegado a definirla correctamente y a colocarla en el orden adecuado?
