Si, he dicho pasta autonivelante. La denominaci\u00f3n pasta autonivelante es gen\u00e9rica para cualquier tipo de ligante, mientras que la denominaci\u00f3n \u00abmortero autonivelante\u00bb aunque equivalente, suele aplicarse m\u00e1s \u00a0espec\u00edficamente \u00a0a \u00a0los \u00a0productos \u00a0cementosos. Lass Pastas Autonivelantes se definen, caracterizan y clasifican seg\u00fan la norma UNE-EN13813:2003.<\/p>\n<p>Primero os voy a contar de que est\u00e1n compuestas y luego como se designan.<\/p>\n<p>Se componen de ligantes inorg\u00e1nicos y\/o org\u00e1nicos, \u00e1ridos calizos y\/o siliceos, y, aditivos org\u00e1nicos e inorg\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n<p>Las formulaciones de estos productos pueden ser muy complejas, interviniendo en ellas componentes especiales que confieren propiedades espec\u00edficas a los productos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Conglomerantes inorg\u00e1nicos: <\/em><\/strong>son los responsables del fraguado y endurecimiento hidr\u00e1ulico del producto, existiendo varios sistemas de ligantes minerales \u00fatiles para la formulaci\u00f3n de pastas autonivelantes, tales como cemento Portland, sulfato c\u00e1lcico anhidro (anhidrita), sulfato c\u00e1lcico hemihidratado, cemento aluminoso, cemento sulfoaluminoso o magnesita, y, sistemas de varios componentes, siendo el m\u00e1s t\u00edpico el sistema ternario formado por cemento Portland, cemento aluminoso y sulfato c\u00e1lcico con propiedades especiales de fraguado, endurecimiento y secado r\u00e1pido, y, control de retracci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Conglomerantes org\u00e1nicos: <\/em><\/strong>son pol\u00edmeros org\u00e1nicos que fraguan y endurecen tras el mezclado por un proceso de reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica entre dos o m\u00e1s componentes, normalmente una resina y un catalizador; los sistemas m\u00e1s comunes son los epoxi, poliuretanos, metacrilato de metilo, y, los asf\u00e1lticos; adicionalmente tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar resinas polim\u00e9ricas en polvo o en dispersi\u00f3n acuosa, que se mezclan con sistemas de ligantes inorg\u00e1nicos para mejorar sus caracter\u00edsticas, siendo los productos m\u00e1s comunes las resinas de acetato de vinilo y etileno, las de estireno y butadieno, las de estireno y acrilato, o, las acr\u00edlicas<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>\u00c1ridos: <\/em><\/strong>se utilizan \u00e1ridos calizos y siliceos de alta calidad y de granulometr\u00eda seleccionada y controlada, siendo los tama\u00f1os m\u00e1ximos t\u00edpicos de 1,0 mm dependiendo del espesor de capa del producto final; tambi\u00e9n se pueden utilizar \u00e1ridos de mayor tama\u00f1o y con otras composiciones para conferir caracter\u00edsticas mejoradas, como por ejemplo, elevada resistencia a abrasi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Superplastificantes: <\/em><\/strong>son productos con alta capacidad de reducci\u00f3n de agua de amasado, y con elevado poder fluidificante, para favorecer la capacidad<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Antiespumantes: <\/em><\/strong>facilitan la r\u00e1pida eliminaci\u00f3n de las burbujas de aire que se generan durante la mezcla de los productos, produciendo una pasta m\u00e1s densa y con mayor fluidez, y una estructura endurecida m\u00e1s densa y<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Cohesionantes: <\/em><\/strong>son modificadores reol\u00f3gicos que controlan la segregaci\u00f3n y separaci\u00f3n de las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas debido a la alta fluidez de la masa; son productos con capacidad espesante, pero sin incrementar ni la viscosidad ni la cantidad de agua de amasado del<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Reguladores de fraguado: <\/em><\/strong>son productos que posibilitan el control de la velocidad de endurecimiento, aceler\u00e1ndola para proporcionar un endurecimiento a cortas edades y por tanto una r\u00e1pida puesta en servicio, y por otra parte, retard\u00e1ndola lo suficiente para mantener la fluidez durante el tiempo de trabajabilidad del ma<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Resinas: <\/em><\/strong>son copol\u00edmeros org\u00e1nicos en polvo o en dispersi\u00f3n acuosa, que se a\u00f1aden a los sistemas minerales para mejorar su cohesi\u00f3n, adherencia y resistencia superficial; son ligantes org\u00e1nicos, pero en este caso actuan con una funci\u00f3n secundaria con respecto al ligante primario inorg\u00e1nico.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Fibras: <\/em><\/strong>se introducen en los productos para mejorar sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, principalmente la resistencia a impacto y a flexi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para controlar la fisuraci\u00f3n debida a retracci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica durante el endurecimiento.
