{"id":68338,"date":"2016-09-15T10:18:37","date_gmt":"2016-09-15T09:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=68338"},"modified":"2016-09-14T22:48:47","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T21:48:47","slug":"el-hormigon-es-impermeable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/el-hormigon-es-impermeable\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEl hormig\u00f3n es impermeable?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estamos habituados a ver el t\u00edpico detalle de muro de s\u00f3tano con drenaje perimetral, con su cu\u00f1a drenante, su aislamiento exterior, su panel de n\u00f3dulos y una l\u00e1mina impermeable. \u00bfRealmente necesitamos esa l\u00e1mina? O pongamos otro caso, un dep\u00f3sito de hormig\u00f3n armado por ejemplo, \u00bfnecesitar\u00eda una l\u00e1mina impermeable por su interior?<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta, como cabr\u00eda esperar de de un gallego, es que depende; pero a fin de cuentas s\u00ed, s\u00ed es necesaria. \u00bfQu\u00e9 me lleva a plantearme su necesidad? Pues la existencia de mejores hormigones cada d\u00eda, que por sus propiedades (de laboratorio) ser\u00edan capaces de funcionar y llegar a ser considerados impermeables. \u00bfEsto que quiere decir?<\/p>\n<p>Se dice que un hormig\u00f3n sin fisuras es \u201cimpermeable\u201d si el volumen de agua que puede penetrar por un lado es menor que el volumen de agua que puede evaporarse por el otro lado. Se estima\u00a0en la norma EN 206 \/ DIN 1048 el l\u00edmite de penetraci\u00f3n de agua para la impermeabilidad (e) en un hormig\u00f3n de 50 mm.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68340\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/penetraci%C3%B3n-de-agua-hormig%C3%B3n-impermeable-teoria-de-construcci%C3%B3n.jpg?resize=708%2C573\" alt=\"penetracion-de-agua-hormigon-impermeable-teoria-de-construccion\" width=\"708\" height=\"573\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Esto viene a decir que despu\u00e9s de 5 cent\u00edmetros el hormig\u00f3n es impermeable, que va a depender de su composici\u00f3n y de su compacidad para llegar a considerarse impermeable completamente. Hablando de esto, sobre todo de la compacidad, hay que asegurarse de que el hormig\u00f3n est\u00e1 bien ejecutado, y eso viene a ser, asegurarse de que est\u00e1 bien la mezcla arena cemento y agua, que los \u00e1ridos son los correctos, que la temperatura de servicio ha sido la correcta, que ha tenido un vibrado seg\u00fan las recomendaciones de proyecto, la correcta disposici\u00f3n del armado de forma que evite la creaci\u00f3n de oquedades &#8230; tantos factores que hacen inviable el poder garantizar una unidad de obra de hormig\u00f3n armado ejecutado en obra. Para ello existen los \u00abremiendos\u00bb o soluciones que protegen mejor el muro.<\/p>\n<p>Tienen vital importancia las juntas de hormigonado, el tiempo que pasa entre los distintos vertidos, la clase del hormig\u00f3n base con respecto del nuevo&#8230; que obligan a a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s aditivos a la junta o a crear \u00abvenas\u00bb interiores al hormigonado en las cuales se \u00abchutar\u00e1\u00bb resina o material hidroexpansivo.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68341\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/junta-penetraci%C3%B3n-de-agua-hormig%C3%B3n-impermeable-teoria-de-construcci%C3%B3n.jpg?resize=600%2C450\" alt=\"junta-penetracion-de-agua-hormigon-impermeable-teoria-de-construccion\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Existen 4 niveles de aceptaci\u00f3n del paso de agua a trav\u00e9s de, por ejemplo, un muro:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nivel 1:\u00a0Se toleran algunos refuerzos para las filtraciones y la humedad (grosor m\u00ednimo del muro: 150 mm.)<\/li>\n<li>Nivel 2:\u00a0No se tolera la penetraci\u00f3n del agua, pero s\u00ed la del vapor de agua (grosor m\u00ednimo del muro: 200 mm.)<\/li>\n<li>Nivel 3:\u00a0Ambiente seco y ventilado (grosor m\u00ednimo del muro: 250 mm.)<\/li>\n<li>Nivel 4:\u00a0Ambiente completamente seco y ventilado (grosor m\u00ednimo del muro: 300 mm.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la protecci\u00f3n de juntas de hormigonado y de la prevenci\u00f3n a la hora de construir correctamente, existen aditivos que a\u00f1adidos uniformemente y seg\u00fan las recomendaciones de los fabricantes mejoran la compacidad del hormig\u00f3n y por tanto su impermeabilidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estamos habituados a ver el t\u00edpico detalle de muro de s\u00f3tano con drenaje perimetral, con su cu\u00f1a drenante, su aislamiento exterior, su panel de n\u00f3dulos y una l\u00e1mina impermeable. \u00bfRealmente necesitamos esa l\u00e1mina?
