Si nos damos cuenta, las ventanas ocupan cada vez m\u00e1s superficie de fachada y somos cada vez m\u00e1s exigentes con los acristalamientos, ya que es por ellos por donde se pierde el mayor porcentaje de calor (un muro corriente tiene una transmitancia entre 0,3 y el 0,8 W\/m2K y los acristalamientos entorno al 2,2 a 3 Wm2K).<\/p>\n<p>Para entender c\u00f3mo realizar un buen material renovado, es de vital importancia saber el proceso original. De la misma manera que cuando un repostero quiere elaborar un nuevo dulce, debe conocer la forma de elaborar la masa base.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n de la receta os dejo un video explicativo , \u00abde estos que echan los s\u00e1bados por la tarde\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se resumen en tres grupos (s\u00edlice, fundentes y estabilizantes) Las \u00faltimas aportaciones son los dep\u00f3sitos met\u00e1licos, \u00f3xidos, colorantes, afinantes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Di\u00f3xido de silic\u00f3n (SiO2)<br \/>\n&#8211; Al\u00famina (Al2O3)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluoruro de aluminio (AlF3)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluoruro de calcio (CaF2)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluoruro de sodio (NaF)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fosfato de aluminio (AlPO4)<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente se trata de un 71% de s\u00edlice, un 14 % de sodio, un 10 % de cal y un 5% de \u00f3xidos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"nv-iframe-embed\"><iframe title=\"Proceso de Vidrio Flotado\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Zf460WKs8Jw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de vidrio industrial se realiza en hornos de fusi\u00f3n con llama o el\u00e9ctricos, tipo balsa, en los que por un extremo entra la mezcla de arena y dem\u00e1s componentes y por el otro sale el vidrio ya fundido. Los hornos se calientan hasta temperaturas de 1500-1600\u00baC mediante quemadores de fuel o gas natural y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. El proceso de fusi\u00f3n se podr\u00eda separar en varias etapas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reacci\u00f3n de las materias primas y formaci\u00f3n del vidrio.<\/li>\n<li>Disoluci\u00f3n del excedente de s\u00edlice sin reaccionar.<\/li>\n<li>Afinado y homogeneizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Reposo y acondicionamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante estos procesos se van realizando distintas combinaciones qu\u00edmicas , bien explicadas <a href=\"http:\/\/triplenlace.com\/2013\/02\/04\/quimica-del-vidrio\/\" target=\"_blank\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los tipos de horno y sus propiedades los podeis consultar en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www6.uniovi.es\/usr\/fblanco\/Leccion12.VIDRIO.HornoFUSION.pdf\u00a0\" target=\"_blank\">este art\u00edculo\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Forma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para obtener la forma plana de esa masa se vierte sobre una capa de esta\u00f1o fundido (que funde a mucha menos temperatura) y el vidrio flota y de esta forma se garantiza su planeidad. Otra forma m\u00e1s antigua es el m\u00e9todo de la extrusi\u00f3n, haci\u00e9ndolo pasar por unos rodillos.
