Si nos centramos en cubiertas inclinadas y vemos lo que pasa en las traseras de las chimeneas, por ejemplo, comprobaremos que suelen ser puntos de acumulaci\u00f3n de agua, implicando adem\u00e1s que sea zona de dep\u00f3sito de residuos, hojas u otros.<\/p>\n<p>Para esto se han fabricado piezas que jugando con la formaci\u00f3n de la pendiente solucionan la evacuaci\u00f3n de agua hacia los lados. \u00a0Lo mismo pasa con las conocidas \u00abVelux\u00bb (ventanas de tejado). El per\u00edmetro de estas aberturas de cubierta son puntos con tendencia a la entrada de agua. En el caso de la teja y la pizarra distintos comerciantes han sacado soluciones que hasta ahora no han terminado de agradar, ya sea por la est\u00e9tica de su soluci\u00f3n, como por su efectividad.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3840\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/cerco-de-estanqueidad-velux-vs-fiberglass-teoria-de-construccion.jpg?resize=800%2C302\" alt=\"cerco de estanqueidad velux vs fiberglass teoria de construccion\" width=\"800\" height=\"302\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Su mayor problema aparece en cubiertas inclinadas con pendientes inferiores a las recomendadas, en el caso de la teja, inferiores al 30%. Las canaletas de las que vienen provistas estas carpinter\u00edas no evac\u00faan debidamente y en muchos casos lo hacen por debajo de las tejas, entre la l\u00e1mina impermeable o plancha gran onda, seg\u00fan el caso.<\/p>\n<p>Los fabricantes de claraboyas con fibra, aunque la soluci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s simple, parecen adelantar la posibilidad, incluyendo las ondas en la estructura de la claraboya. Parece efectivo, pero deber\u00e1 solucionarse bien el tema que mencionamos antes, el rebosadero de agua por encima de las tejas.<\/p>\n<p>Si acced\u00e9is a sus p\u00e1ginas web podr\u00e9is ver la cantidad de soluciones que dan, pero atentos siempre a los bordes del hueco.
