{"id":366,"date":"2010-08-29T20:15:44","date_gmt":"2010-08-29T20:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.wordpress.com\/?p=366"},"modified":"2010-08-29T20:15:44","modified_gmt":"2010-08-29T20:15:44","slug":"vidrios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/vidrios\/","title":{"rendered":"Vidrios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/08\/tipo-de-vidrio.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-531\" title=\"tipos de vidrio\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/08\/tipo-de-vidrio.png?resize=406%2C276\" width=\"406\" height=\"276\" \/><\/a>El papel del vidrio en la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea es\u00a0indiscutiblemente importante,\u00a0lleg\u00e1ndose\u00a0a conseguir gracias a la\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0actual fachadas completamente de vidrio y funcionalmente perfectas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La siguiente lista relaciona los tipos de vidrios y acristalamientos que actualmente son m\u00e1s utilizados.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>&#8211; Vidrios laminares<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Un vidrio laminar es b\u00e1sicamente el conjunto resultante de la\u00a0uni\u00f3n\u00a0de varias lunas de vidrio, tratadas superficialmente o no , con la posibilidad de interposici\u00f3n de alg\u00fan material en la capa de pegado. El material de uni\u00f3n, generalmente un pl\u00e1stico de polivinilo de butiral, de diversos colores o transparente, sustituible por una capa de resina m\u00e1s gruesa, permite incluir paneles fotovoltaicos o vidrios de aislamiento ac\u00fastico mejorado, pasando por la inclusi\u00f3n de cualquier l\u00e1mina decorativa o funcional. Adem\u00e1s la gama de posibilidades de control de luz en los acristalamientos se vuelve ilimitada cuando nos introducimos en este campo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211; Vidrios de control solar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son vidrios que unen la transparencia con un grado variable de protecci\u00f3n contra la radiaci\u00f3n solar directa. Pueden ser vidrios coloreados en masa, que siempre tienen que ir templados, y\/o con tratamientos superficiales, que crean unas capas ( incoloras, coloreadas y reflectantes) sobre una de las superficies del vidrio. Estas capas pueden estar producidas por pir\u00f3lisis o por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211; Vidrios de borosilicato<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vidrios con \u00f3xido de boro y alto contenido en aluminio. Son muy resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y tienen un coeficiente muy bajo de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Su uso est\u00e1 muy extendido, incluso en el \u00e1mbito dom\u00e9stico, y se usan como vidrios resistentes al fuego.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211; Vidrios de seguridad<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son vidrios que, o bien han sido sometidos a un proceso de templado para aumentar la resistencia mec\u00e1nica y evitar as\u00ed el riesgo de rotura y los accidentes producidos por los fragmentos, o bien son vidrios laminares normales o que adem\u00e1s incorporan capas de policarbonato. Se clasifican en los siguientes niveles de seguridad:<\/p>\n<p>-Nivel A. Seguridad F\u00edsica: caida de personas, impactos fortuitos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>-Nivel B. Antiagresi\u00f3n y antirrobo: impactos intencionados con objetos contundentes.<\/p>\n<p>-Antibala. Se divide en\u00a0categor\u00edas\u00a0A y B en funci\u00f3n de la munici\u00f3n que resisten.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Vidrios resistentes al fuego<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se clasifican en tres niveles de exposici\u00f3n de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos en ensayos normalizados que determinan el cumplimiento de los siguientes criterios:<\/p>\n<p>-Vidrios estables al fuego: resistencia mec\u00e1nica<\/p>\n<p>-Vidrios parallamas: resistencia mec\u00e1nica, estanqueidad a llamas y ausencia de emisi\u00f3n de gases inflamables.<\/p>\n<p>-Vidrios resistentes al fuego o cortafuegos: resistencia mec\u00e1nica, estanqueidad a llamas, ausencia de emisi\u00f3n de gases inflamables y aislamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> [Acristalamiento]Aislantes t\u00e9rmicos y ac\u00fasticos.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de acristalamientos formados por dos o m\u00e1s lunas, separadas entre s\u00ed mediante un perfil separador, generalmente met\u00e1lico, que deja una c\u00e1mara de aire deshidratado entre los vidrios. Permiten gran cantidad de combinaciones de tipos de vidrios para conseguir propiedades adicionales de seguridad, protecci\u00f3n solar, baja emisividad, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El aislamiento ac\u00fastico se mejora rellenando la c\u00e1mara con gases, creando una direfencia de espesor entre la hoja exterior y la interior del acristalamiento, y utilizando vidrios laminados con resina.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&#8211; [Acristalamiento] De baja emisividad t\u00e9rmica.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de acristalamientos dobles con c\u00e1mara de aire interna donde una de sus hojas interiores lleva unas capas especiales incoloras (aplicada por pir\u00f3lisis o por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica ) que refleja hacia el interior las radiaciones de gran longitud de onda desprendidas por los objetos interiores al calentarse. As\u00ed se evita la\u00a0re emisi\u00f3n\u00a0de energ\u00eda hacia el exterior, reduciendo las p\u00e9rdidas de calor de los locales.
