{"id":3387,"date":"2014-08-02T16:23:40","date_gmt":"2014-08-02T15:23:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=3387"},"modified":"2014-08-02T16:23:40","modified_gmt":"2014-08-02T15:23:40","slug":"aislamiento-termico-de-instalaciones-frigorificas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/aislamiento-termico-de-instalaciones-frigorificas\/","title":{"rendered":"Aislamiento t\u00e9rmico de instalaciones frigor\u00edficas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El motivo principal de aislar conductos y locales fr\u00edos es garantizar la menor p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda con un sistema que al mismo tiempo no sea contaminante (si realmente queremos ser sostenibles). Para esto el RITE ya indica desde la actualizaci\u00f3n del 13 de Abril de 2013 los espesores y formas de c\u00e1lculo de este tipo de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente dentro de Europa deber\u00e1n, tanto los equipos como los materiales, contar con Marcado CE siempre que se haya establecido una norma armonizada para ello.<\/p>\n<p>Si nos referimos a las tablas de espesores de aislamiento, las que han sido cambiadas en parte son las que afectan a los flu\u00eddos frios (temperaturas entre 0 y 10 grados) . En exterior con una temperatura m\u00ednima como esa hay que aplicar un espesor equivalente a 45mm para los di\u00e1metros menores de 35 mm, en el caso de las espumas elastom\u00e9ricas (FEF, reguladas por la EN 14304). \u00a0En el exterior, como norma general se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n 20 mm a los espesores de aislamiento, respecto a la especificaci\u00f3n para interior.<\/p>\n<p>CIRCUITOS FRIGOR\u00cdFICOS PARA CLIMATIZACI\u00d3N<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed si, de forma totalmente nueva el RITE incorpor\u00f3 una tabla con espesores m\u00ednimos de aislamiento a aplicar en tuber\u00edas de este tipo de circuitos. Considerar que en los recorridos superiores a 25 metros, el aislamiento deber\u00e1 engruesarse 5mm de radio a los valores que indica la tabla.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3388 aligncenter\" alt=\"espesores aislamiento frigorifico climatizaci\u00f3n\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/espesores-aislamiento-frigorifico-climatizaci%C3%B3n.png?w=400\"  srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/espesores-aislamiento-frigorifico-climatizaci%C3%B3n.png?w=477&amp;ssl=1 477w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/espesores-aislamiento-frigorifico-climatizaci%C3%B3n.png?resize=300%2C114&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los espesores equivalentes de aislamiento en funci\u00f3n del material se calculan de acuerdo con el apartado 8 de la IT 1.2.4.2.1.1 donde cita: \u00abCuando se utilicen materiales de conductividad t\u00e9rmica con conductividad de referencia igual a 0,04W\/(m2K) medida a 10\u00ba, se considera v\u00e1lida la determinaci\u00f3n del aislamiento aplicando la ecuaci\u00f3n:&#8230;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3389 aligncenter\" alt=\"ecuacion calculo espesor aislamiento\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/ecuacion-calculo-espesor-aislamiento.png?resize=260%2C69\" width=\"260\" height=\"69\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>donde se obtiene el di\u00e1metro en funci\u00f3n del D (di\u00e1metro de la tuber\u00eda), del espesor m\u00ednimo de referencia dref en mil\u00edmetros, la conductividad t\u00e9rmica del material y una combinaci\u00f3n de b\u00fasqueda del exp que es el n\u00famero neperiano elevado a la expresi\u00f3n entre par\u00e9ntesis, todo un engorre&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Para simplificar esto, los fabricantes elaboran tablas de acuerdo a cumplir el RD 238\/2013 que es el Real Decreto que afecta a estas soluciones.
