{"id":3252,"date":"2013-11-28T14:02:52","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T13:02:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=3252"},"modified":"2015-02-15T19:03:48","modified_gmt":"2015-02-15T18:03:48","slug":"el-aluminio-secundario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/el-aluminio-secundario\/","title":{"rendered":"El aluminio secundario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Independientemente de las consideraciones cualitativas, el aluminio secundario es mucho m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico de producci\u00f3n que el material electrol\u00edtico y, todav\u00eda m\u00e1s importante, bajo el aspecto energ\u00e9tico se pone con relaci\u00f3n al primario en la proporci\u00f3n 1\/25; esta caracter\u00edstica constituye un elemento muy significativo sobre la competitividad del metal ligero con otros metales de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3253\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/aluminio-secundario.png?w=446\" alt=\"aluminio secundario\"  srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/aluminio-secundario.png?w=562&amp;ssl=1 562w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/aluminio-secundario.png?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 562px) 100vw, 562px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente el t\u00e9rmino secundario no se considera limitativo a efectos de calidad, pero fundamentalmente tiene un significado de origen, porque en muchos casos la tecnolog\u00eda del refinado, o sea de la producci\u00f3n del metal de segunda fusi\u00f3n, permite obtener metal de elevada pureza; igualmente el material bruto tambi\u00e9n se utiliza en la producci\u00f3n de aleaciones con tolerancias qu\u00edmicas muy amplias utilizadas exclusivamente en la industria de fundici\u00f3n y especialmente en la fundici\u00f3n a presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia del material primario, obtenido por v\u00eda electrol\u00edtica, el metal secundario o de segunda fusi\u00f3n, se obtiene por fusi\u00f3n de diversos tipos de trozos procedentes de la elaboraci\u00f3n primaria del aluminio (chatarras) y de la recuperaci\u00f3n del aluminio de materiales que lo contienen y que han sido desechados.<\/p>\n<p>Del aluminio puro, y la uni\u00f3n con otros metales, se obtienen aleaciones, que pueden tener diversidad de caracter\u00edsticas. Estas aleaciones se pueden presentar en lingotes para fundici\u00f3n, tocho para extrusi\u00f3n de perfiles, placas para laminaci\u00f3n, etc. Estos productos resultantes est\u00e1n sometidos a unos controles muy complejos de an\u00e1lisis micro-gr\u00e1ficos y sondeo por ultrasonidos, antes de ser entregados a las industrias de transformaci\u00f3n. Por otra parte, el ahorro de energ\u00eda es una realidad ha hecho necesarias las investigaciones tendientes a su reducci\u00f3n; en menos de 20 a\u00f1os est\u00e1 ha sido importante: la energ\u00eda necesaria para producir 1 Kg. de aluminio era de 25 Kw.
