Por ello, y para que la interrupci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de las capas de fachada en la interfase hueco-macizo sea compatible con la continuidad funcional de los diversos sistemas envolventes, es necesario idear un elemento o sistema capaz de aglutinar el cumplimiento de las prestaciones normativas de la fachada.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, puede ser conveniente eliminar o depurar los elementos que rompen dicha continuidad, como por ejemplo la caja de persiana. Es decir, se puede buscar la independencia f\u00edsica de la persiana de la ventana, tanto conceptualmente como a\u00a0nivel de montaje en obra.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la estanqueidad al agua, a\u00a0nivel de la uni\u00f3n entre carpinter\u00eda e interfase, se ha visto, como en las fachadas\u00a0dise\u00f1adas por X. Ferr\u00e9s, una mejora sustancial\u00a0respecto a los sistemas integrales de fachada ventilada.\u00a0Ferr\u00e9s siempre coloca una l\u00e1mina mpermeable adhesiva que hace\u00a0girar por encima de la placa que cierra la hoja interior de la fachada, reforzando la\u00a0estanqueidad en este punto.
