{"id":2863,"date":"2013-03-04T09:15:31","date_gmt":"2013-03-04T09:15:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/?p=2863"},"modified":"2013-03-04T09:08:55","modified_gmt":"2013-03-04T09:08:55","slug":"madera-multilaminada-curvaturas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/madera-multilaminada-curvaturas\/","title":{"rendered":"Madera multilaminada: curvaturas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La madera se comporta como un material el\u00e1stico, es decir que como resultado de un esfuerzo la madera se deforma, pero cuando cesa el esfuerzo, la deformaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cesa. \u00a0Este comportamiento sucede cuando la madera est\u00e1 a temperatura ambiente, pero cuando la temperatura de la madera oscila alrededor de los 100 \u00b0\u00a0C el comportamiento es muy diferente, sobre todo a esfuerzos de compresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda del curvado de la madera se fundamenta en proporcionar a la madera un tratamiento de \u00a0calor y en someterla a esfuerzos de compresi\u00f3n hasta conseguir el curvado deseado (no sobrepasando el\u00a0l\u00edmite de rotura a compresi\u00f3n de la madera), dejando posteriormente la madera enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>La madera laminada es fabricada con Pino Radiata, calidad estructural G-2 o superior, especificada en Nch 1198. Seca en c\u00e1mara, con un contenido de humedad inferior al 15%. Las l\u00e1minas utilizadas en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n, se clasifican en elementos A y B, seg\u00fan Nch 2150 y se compaginan de acuerdo a la determinaci\u00f3n del c\u00e1lculo estructural.<\/p>\n<p>Existen otros m\u00e9todos de curvado basados en el tratamiento qu\u00edmico de la madera, tal como el sumergir durante unos minutos la madera en un ba\u00f1o de amon\u00edaco anhidro l\u00edquido (T &lt; -30 \u00b0C). La madera as\u00ed tratada puede doblarse hasta que el amon\u00edaco se evapora, momento en el que la madera se endurece. El problema de este sistema es el precio.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que las l\u00e1minas se encuentran dimensionadas, pasan a la secci\u00f3n de encolado, que es donde por medio de una m\u00e1quina que posee dos rollos, se encolan con una mezcla de urea formaldeh\u00eddo, harina de ma\u00edz, y catalizador.
