{"id":267,"date":"2010-08-23T10:46:40","date_gmt":"2010-08-23T10:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.wordpress.com\/?p=267"},"modified":"2010-08-23T10:46:40","modified_gmt":"2010-08-23T10:46:40","slug":"hormigon-autocompactable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/hormigon-autocompactable\/","title":{"rendered":"Hormig\u00f3n autocompactable"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SCC (self compactable concrete)<\/p>\n<p>Hormig\u00f3n autocompactable es aqu\u00e9l que puede fluir por su propio peso y llenar completamente el encofrado, incluso en presencia de un armado denso, sin necesidad de ninguna vibraci\u00f3n, al tiempo que mantiene su homogeneidad\u201d (EFNAC; febrero 2002).<\/p>\n<p>COMPONENTES<br \/>\nEl HAC est\u00e1 compuesto como el hormig\u00f3n convecional pero adem\u00e1s se utilizan aditivos superfluidificantes y adiciones de filler calizo junto con una selecci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o de grava espec\u00edfica, entre 12 &#8211; 16 mm.<br \/>\nComo consecuencia de las bajas cantidades de agua utilizadas para preparar este tipo de hormigones, se favorecen muy positivamente las propiedades del hormig\u00f3n endurecido como por ejemplo: las resistencias mec\u00e1nicas tanto a corto como a largo plazo, la fluencia, la retracci\u00f3n y, por lo tanto, se aumenta la durabilidad.<br \/>\nLas bajas cantidades de agua permiten adem\u00e1s reducir la porosidad del hormig\u00f3n lo cual implica una mayor impermeabilidad. Desde el punto de vista est\u00e9tico el hormig\u00f3n autocompactable presenta excelentes acabados debido principalmente al dise\u00f1o del hormig\u00f3n y a su bajo porcentaje de aire ocluido que disminuye la porosidad superficial.<\/p>\n<p>ENSAYOS: caracterizacion del hormig\u00f3n autocompactable <a href=\"http:\/\/upcommons.upc.edu\/pfc\/bitstream\/2099.1\/3358\/5\/36022-5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">[ver pdf]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para obtener un hormig\u00f3n con dichas propiedades existen unos requisitos b\u00e1sicos en cuanto a la formulaci\u00f3n del hormig\u00f3n:<br \/>\n\u25e6Contenido en finos (&lt; 0,1 mm) entre 500 &#8211; 550 kg\/m3.<br \/>\n\u25e6Relaci\u00f3n agua \/ finos en volumen (a\/f) entre 0,9-1,05.<br \/>\n\u25e6Volumen de mortero aproximadamente del 40% respecto al total.<br \/>\n\u25e6Relaci\u00f3n de grava no superior al 50% respecto al total.<br \/>\n\u25e6Empleo de curvas de \u00e1ridos cont\u00ednuas con los m\u00ednimos cortes posibles y con un adecuado coeficiente de forma.<br \/>\n\u25e6Tama\u00f1o m\u00e1ximo de \u00e1rido limitado a 25 mm.<br \/>\n\u25e6Empleo de aditivos superfluidificantes o reductores de agua de alta actividad (reducci\u00f3n de agua superior al 30-35%).<\/p>\n<p>`Hormig\u00f3n&#8217;, N\u00famero de Septiembre de 2001, art\u00edculo `Hormig\u00f3n autocompacto&#8217;.<br \/>\n`Hormig\u00f3n y Acero&#8217;, a\u00f1o 2001, N\u00ba 221 -222 P.C.C.
