El proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico es del <a href=\"http:\/\/mmasa.net\/blog\/c-v\/?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\">Estudio MMASA<\/a>. Despu\u00e9s del final de obra se ha elaborado un libro que recoge el proyecto, y en este caso tomaremos las palabras del libro para exponer c\u00f3mo se estudi\u00f3 la posibilidad de utilizar geotermia como energ\u00eda limpia y su aplicaci\u00f3n en el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio es climatizado con el aprovechamiento de la energ\u00eda geot\u00e9rmica, reduciendo el consumo el\u00e9ctrico al<br \/>\nexclusivamente necesario para el funcionamiento de los equipos de climatizaci\u00f3n y la circulaci\u00f3n de los fluidos por los circuitos del sistema. Esto, unido a la envolvente t\u00e9rmica -dise\u00f1ada con un \u00f3ptimo aislamiento t\u00e9rmico-, a los elementos de fachada destinados al control pasivo de la incidencia solar y a los sistemas electr\u00f3nicos de regulaci\u00f3n de la iluminaci\u00f3n artificial, ha contribuido a la obtenci\u00f3n de un edificio energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2456\" title=\"almagro 1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-1-300x225.jpg?resize=446%2C334\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-1.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-1.jpg?w=700&amp;ssl=1 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Fotograf\u00eda de H\u00e9ctor Santos-Diez<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Concretamente, Almagro est\u00e1 situado sobre la masa de agua subterr\u00e1nea denominada Campo de Calatrava. El sistema de climatizaci\u00f3n instalado est\u00e1 basado en el aprovechamiento de la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica contenida en esta agua subterr\u00e1nea a trav\u00e9s de una bomba de calor agua-agua. La temperatura del subsuelo y, por tanto, del agua contenida en \u00e9l se mantiene estable a lo largo de todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Ello permite obtener un salto t\u00e9rmico respecto a la temperatura ambiente en la superficie, favorable tanto para la calefacci\u00f3n como para el refrescamiento, dadas las temperaturas extremas en esta regi\u00f3n, con veranos muy c\u00e1lidos e inviernos muy fr\u00edos. El COP (rendimiento entre consumo y producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda) estacional real esperado en el equipo agua-agua es superior a 4, llegando a 5 si la gesti\u00f3n de temperaturas de generaci\u00f3n de climatizaci\u00f3n es la m\u00e1s baja posible.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2457\" title=\"almagro 2\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-2.jpg?resize=446%2C256\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-2.jpg?w=446&amp;ssl=1 446w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/almagro-2.jpg?resize=300%2C172&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Desde este pozo se extrae el agua, que es bombeada y conducida al intercambiador de placas de titanio de la bomba de calor. A continuaci\u00f3n es devuelta \u00edntegramente, a trav\u00e9s de la otra perforaci\u00f3n, al acu\u00edfero. De esta manera no se consumen los recursos h\u00eddricos existentes en el acu\u00edfero.<\/p>\n<p>El circuito por el que circula el agua subterr\u00e1nea extra\u00edda hasta su reinyecci\u00f3n en el acu\u00edfero es un circuito cerrado que tan s\u00f3lo se utiliza para el intercambio t\u00e9rmico, sin introducci\u00f3n de contaminantes ni modificaci\u00f3n de otras caracter\u00edsticas del agua que la temperatura. Durante el per\u00edodo de funcionamiento de la calefacci\u00f3n, en el intercambiador de placas el agua cede parte de su calor, mientras que, durante los meses en los que est\u00e1 activado el refrescamiento del edificio, a su paso por el intercambiador, el agua absorbe calor. De esta manera, el agua devuelta al acu\u00edfero \u00fanicamente ha sufrido una ligera variaci\u00f3n en su temperatura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recientemente se ha terminado el edificio de los Juzgados de Almagro en Ciudad Real.
