Se pueden utilizar otros pl\u00e1sticos termopl\u00e1sticos como vinilo y epoxi.<\/p>\n<p>Entre sus desventajas se encuentran la dificultad de reciclaje, el mal comportamiento frente al fuego (adem\u00e1s, los productos de su combusti\u00f3n son t\u00f3xicos), y la ausencia de normativas que regulen u orienten sobre su uso, ya que las propiedades del material var\u00edan notablemente dependiendo del proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n, la cantidad de fibra, y el tipo de resina empleado.<\/p>\n<p>Las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas dependen esencialmente de la cantidad y disposici\u00f3n de la fibra de vidrio. La resistencia a tracci\u00f3n del material puede oscilar desde los 500 kg\/cm<sup>2<\/sup> con vidrio proyectado, hasta alcanzar los 10.000 kg\/cm<sup>2<\/sup> con vidrio unidireccional al 90% en peso.<sup id=\"cite_ref-bk_1-3\"><a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pl%C3%A1stico_reforzado_con_vidrio#cite_note-bk-1\">1<\/a><\/sup> En presencia de esfuerzos, este material compuesto\u00a0 presenta una fatiga estructural que disminuye su resistencia aproximadamente un 1% anual.<\/p>\n<p>Por contra, el resto de propiedades (durabilidad, resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n, etc.) depender\u00e1n fundamentalmente del tipo de resina. Dependiendo de \u00e9sta, el material podr\u00e1 soportar temperaturas entre 125\u00a0\u00b0C y 300\u00a0\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2394\" title=\"rejillas3\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/rejillas3.jpg?resize=446%2C274\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/rejillas3.jpg?w=446&amp;ssl=1 446w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/rejillas3.jpg?resize=300%2C184&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Productos que usan ese material compuesto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Las rejillas moldeadas<\/span> en PRFV tienen generalmente un paso de malla cuadrado. Las almas portantes transcurren en ambas direcciones a lo largo de toda su altura. De este modo se obtiene una capacidad de carga uniforme en ambas direcciones.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Estas rejillas de poli\u00e9ster reforzado con fibras de vidrio est\u00e1n concebidas para entornos industriales y lugares p\u00fablicos en los cuales la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n es particularmente importante. Son de f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida instalaci\u00f3n, soportan un alto nivel de carga y garantizan de ese modo m\u00e1s seguridad y m\u00e1s sensaci\u00f3n de comodidad al andar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Tienen resistencia permanente a las influencias ambientales y a la corrosi\u00f3n: gracias a su alta resistencia al ambiente y a sus propiedades anticorrosivas frente a los \u00e1cidos y otros productos qu\u00edmicos, las rejillas de PRFV le odrecen una m\u00e1xima seguridad durante toda su utilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/todoentramex.com\/webwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/rejillaprfviso30.jpg?resize=445%2C141\" alt=\"\" width=\"445\" height=\"141\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Dependiendo del origen del pl\u00e1stico (si es epoxi o vinilo) sufren desde el punto de vista del fuego.
