El plan de seguridad y salud podr\u00e1 ser <strong>modificado por el contratista<\/strong> en funci\u00f3n del proceso de ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra, de la evoluci\u00f3n de los trabajos y de las posibles incidencias o modificaciones que puedan surgir a lo largo de la obra.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El Plan de Seguridad y Salud <strong>puede ser modificado por varias circunstancias<\/strong>. Dadas las caracter\u00edsticas de las obras de construcci\u00f3n <strong>es dif\u00edcil realizar la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos<\/strong> de cada puesto de trabajo, <strong>los procedimientos<\/strong> de trabajo <strong>pueden ser alterados<\/strong> por parte del contratista, la <strong>planificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los trabajos <strong>puede verse alterada<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><em><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n puede solicitar la necesidad de redactar una modificaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El mismo art\u00edculo 7.4 indica que pueden solicitarlo pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier agente interviniente:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">2. Quienes <strong>intervengan en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra<\/strong>, as\u00ed como <strong>las personas u \u00f3rganos<\/strong> <strong>con responsabilidades en materia de prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong> en las empresas intervinientes en la misma y los <strong>representantes de los trabajadores<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n presentar, por escrito y de forma razonada, las sugerencias y alternativas que estimen oportunas.
