Las resinas epoxi est\u00e1n constituidas com\u00fanmente de dos componentes que se mezclan previamente antes de ser usados; al mezclarse reaccionan causando la solidificaci\u00f3n de la resina, su curado se realiza a temperatura ambiente, durante ese curado o secado se forman enlaces cruzados lo que hace que su peso molecular sea elevado.<br \/>\n<strong>Propiedades de las resinas ep\u00f3xi:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Buen aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico.<br \/>\n&#8211; Buena resistencia mec\u00e1nica.<br \/>\n&#8211; Resisten la humedad.<br \/>\n&#8211; Resisten el ataque de fluidos corrosivos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Resisten temperaturas elevadas<br \/>\n&#8211; Excelente resistencia qu\u00edmica<br \/>\n&#8211; Poca contracci\u00f3n al curar<br \/>\n&#8211; Excelentes propiedades Adhesivas.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> la presentaci\u00f3n de la resinas epoxi para su comercializaci\u00f3n viene en una amplia gama, desde l\u00edquidos de baja viscosidad hasta s\u00f3lidos de alto punto de fusi\u00f3n y polvos.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de la realizaci\u00f3n del anclaje debe verificarse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caducidad del producto<\/li>\n<li>Resistencia del soporte<\/li>\n<li>La temperatura de utilizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizado el anclaje debe respetarse el tiempo de fraguado.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Con bajas temperaturas (-10\u00baC) el tiempo de manipulaci\u00f3n es muy elevado (aproximadamente 2 horas) llegando el tiempo de fraguado a 5 horas. Cuando aumenta la temperatura estos tiempos se reducen considerablemente.
