Se sigue revolucionando la construcci\u00f3n sostenible, en este caso con un proyecto que intenta aprovechar material en favor de un avance tecnol\u00f3gico.\u00a0 Investigadores de la Universidad de Stuttgart, junto con Bosch Rexroth han llegado mucho m\u00e1s cerca de alcanzar este objetivo. Han construido un armaz\u00f3n de madera, que es mucho m\u00e1s delgada que cualquier cosa estimada como posible hasta ahora. Con un grosor de apenas cuatro cent\u00edmetros, la carcasa se extiende por una superficie de m\u00e1s de 100 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2055\" title=\"01\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/01.jpg?resize=446%2C323\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/01.jpg?w=446&amp;ssl=1 446w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/01.jpg?resize=300%2C217&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n se encuentra en el Campus Vaihingen de la Universidad de Stuttgart. La delgadez extrema de la envoltura se hace posible mediante el uso de una estructura adaptable (de adaptaci\u00f3n). Hasta ahora las construcciones siempre han sido dise\u00f1ados para una tensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima exacta; este tipo de estr\u00e9s, sin embargo, generalmente s\u00f3lo se produce muy raramente y s\u00f3lo durante un corto per\u00edodo. Una gran parte de los materiales de construcci\u00f3n utilizados en la actualidad sirve, pues, estas cargas muy rara vez\u00a0 y raramente se utiliza con eficacia. El objetivo de la construcci\u00f3n ultra ligera desarrollada s por lo tanto,lograr un ahorro dr\u00e1stico de materiales y una mejor reacci\u00f3n a las cargas din\u00e1micas a trav\u00e9s de una manipulaci\u00f3n activa de la estructura.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2056\" title=\"02\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/02.jpg?resize=446%2C253\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/02.jpg?w=446&amp;ssl=1 446w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/02.jpg?resize=300%2C170&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Esta manipulaci\u00f3n se realiza a trav\u00e9s de unidades hidr\u00e1ulicas: estas unidades se basan en los puntos de apoyo de la c\u00e1scara y generan movimientos y tensiones que compensan de forma focalizada las deformaciones y las tensiones causadas por viento, nieve u otras cargas.<\/p>\n<p>El Instituto de Estructuras Ligeras y Dise\u00f1o Conceptual (ILEK) y el Instituto de Din\u00e1mica de Sistemas (ISYS) de la Universidad de Stuttgart, en cooperaci\u00f3n con Bosch Rexroth se han conseguido una estructura adaptable a gran escala. La c\u00e1scara de madera est\u00e1 montada sobre cuatro puntos. Tres de los puntos de apoyo se puede mover de forma individual por cilindros hidr\u00e1ulicos y libremente posicionada en el espacio. Existen unos sensores que registran el estado de carga en numerosos puntos sobre la estructura de soporte.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con las construcciones convencionales pasivas, esto reduce considerablemente el uso de materiales para la construcci\u00f3n de c\u00e1scara. El balanceo de carga se lleva a cabo a trav\u00e9s de un control de Rexroth, que fue desarrollado especialmente para las unidades hidr\u00e1ulicas. La tarea principal del control es poner en pr\u00e1ctica las complejas tareas de control hidr\u00e1ulico de la estructura en capas.
