En las calderas que funcionan con combustibles s\u00f3lidos, (carb\u00f3n o le\u00f1a), el aire necesario para la combusti\u00f3n proviene de modo natural del tiro que ejerce la propia chimenea, que se origina por la diferencia de pesos espec\u00edficos del aire exterior fr\u00edo y de los gases de la combusti\u00f3n, y es tanto m\u00e1s intenso cuanto m\u00e1s altura H tiene la chimenea; depende de la resistencia que ofrecen los conductos de humos de la caldera y de las caracter\u00edsticas constructivas de la propia chimenea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"99\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/chimenea-con-registro-300x99.png?resize=300%2C99\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1781\" title=\"chimenea con registro\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/chimenea-con-registro.png?resize=300%2C99&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/chimenea-con-registro.png?w=946&amp;ssl=1 946w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiro se aprovecha el efecto de empuje de Arqu\u00edmedes que sufren los gases calientes rodeados por otros fr\u00edos. La chimenea contiene una columna de humos calientes, rodeada de aire a una temperatura ambiente, inferior. El empuje o tiro, se calcula por la diferencia del peso de ambas columnas, de altura igual a la de la chimenea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiro es tanto mayor cuanto m\u00e1s elevada es la diferencia de temperaturas del aire exterior y de los gases. En una chimenea sobredimensionada, o construida con material inadecuado que no asegure su estanqueidad, se producir\u00e1n infiltraciones de aire fr\u00edo que disminuyen el tiro y el rendimiento de la combusti\u00f3n con el consiguiente derroche de energ\u00eda.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">T iro = H (\u03b3 aire ext .- \u03b3 gases combusti\u00f3n )<\/span><em> con \u03b3 peso espec\u00edfico en kg\/m3<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la base de la vertical de la chimenea, debe haber un fondo de saco con registro,&nbsp; con cierre herm\u00e9tico; en \u00e9l se depositar\u00e1n los hollines y agua de lluvia. Al abrir el registro hay que tener acceso a todos los residuos de la combusti\u00f3n cuando se limpie la chimenea. En el conducto de conexi\u00f3n de la caldera a la chimenea es conveniente colocar una compuerta para la regulaci\u00f3n del tiro, que en posici\u00f3n cerrada, deber\u00e1 cerrar como m\u00e1ximo el 50% de la secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materiales para la fabricaci\u00f3n de chimeneas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Reglamento indica que los materiales de la chimenea en contacto con los humos deben ser resistentes a \u00e9stos, al calor y a las posibles corrosiones \u00e1cidas que se originen, pudiendo ser refractarios o de hormig\u00f3n resistente a los \u00e1cidos, de material cer\u00e1mico, de acero inoxidable u otro material id\u00f3neo. No se debe utilizar ladrillo normal, ni tampoco el acero galvanizado. Los materiales de fibrocemento deben estar garantizados por el fabricante sobre posibles \u00e1cidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AISLAMIENTO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una chimenea adecuadamente aislada pierde poco calor y los humos que salen de la misma no se enfr\u00edan excesivamente. La Reglamentaci\u00f3n indica que cuando son exteriores, las p\u00e9rdidas de calor en la superficie interna no deben ser superiores a 1,45 W\/m2\u00baC, para combustibles s\u00f3lidos y l\u00edquidos, y 2 W\/m2\u00baC, para combustibles gaseosos. Para hacernos una idea comparativa de estos valores, un aislamiento de 10 mm de espesor de fibra de vidrio tiene unas p\u00e9rdidas del orden de 1,13 Kcal\/h m2\u00baC.<br>La temperatura de salida de los humos por la parte superior de la chimenea debe ser superior a 100\u00baC y en la salida de la caldera superior a 170\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DIMENSIONES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/potencia-diametro-altura.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"293\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/potencia-diametro-altura-293x300.png?resize=293%2C300\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1783\" title=\"potencia diametro altura\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/potencia-diametro-altura.png?resize=293%2C300&amp;ssl=1 293w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/potencia-diametro-altura.png?w=592&amp;ssl=1 592w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 293px) 100vw, 293px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Las siguientes medidas surgen de la experiencia de los ejecutores. Los tama\u00f1os de boca han de ser proporcionales al diametro de la salida de humos y a los metros de altura del conducto de evacuaci\u00f3n de humos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para chimeneas de 75 x 58 cm es una salida de humos de 20cm de diametro y 6 metros de altura del conducto.<\/li><li>Para chimeneas de 86 x 63 cm es una salida de humos de 25cm de diametro y 8 metros de altura del conducto.<\/li><li>Para chimeneas de 105 x 70 cm es una salida de humos de 30cm de diametro y 10 metros de altura del conducto.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cad.teoriadeconstruccion.net\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"272\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/cad-300x272.png?resize=300%2C272\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1784\" title=\"cad\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/cad.png?resize=300%2C272&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/teoriadeconstruccion.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/cad.png?w=446&amp;ssl=1 446w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la boca es mas alta que ancha la dificultad se incrementa notablemente para el buen funcionamiento.<br>Asi por cada 10 cm de mas de altura que le demos a las medidas que te indico antes habra que suplementar con 1,5m de tubo mas (en altura)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo ningun concepto es recomendable dar inclinaciones a los tubos superiores a 45\u00ba, aunque si que nos permiten hacer curvas pero nunca de mas de 45\u00ba. Ademas el conducto tiene que sobrepasar como minimo 50cm el punto mas alto del tejado.<br>O 50cm del punto mas alto de los alrededores de la vivienda si este punto esta a menos de 7 metros de donde queremos sacar la chimenea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gorro final de la tuberia es preferible comprarlo hecho y los mejores son los estaticos de aros , en chapa o fibrocemento, que generalmente por su forma producen adem\u00e1s un cierto tiro forzado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La chimenea tiene por misi\u00f3n la conducci\u00f3n de los gases de la combusti\u00f3n desde la caldera hasta el exterior.
