El conjunto se prensa a alta presi\u00f3n y temperatura. Son tableros de densidad y peso elevados, de ah\u00ed su denominaci\u00f3n comercial. En el mercado predominan las denominaciones comerciales concretas por lo que no est\u00e1 muy extendido el concepto de tablero compacto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/img.archiexpo.es\/pdf\/repository_ae\/3617\/prodema-catalogo-27583_5b.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/img.archiexpo.es\/pdf\/repository_ae\/3617\/prodema-catalogo-27583_5b.jpg?resize=406%2C406\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"406\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Imagen referida a un producto habitual dentro de la categor\u00eda est\u00e1ndar, sin \u00e1nimo de publicitar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Los laminados de alta presi\u00f3n, que son la base de este producto, son relativamente recientes. Las resinas fen\u00f3licas fueron desarrolladas por el qu\u00edmico belga Leo Baekeland condensando fenol y formaldeh\u00eddo produjo el primer pl\u00e1stico totalmente sint\u00e9tico denominado \u201cbakelita\u201d. El material era resistente al calor, agua, productos qu\u00edmicos y la corriente el\u00e9ctrica; por lo que pod\u00eda sustituir al caucho que se utilizaba para el aislamiento de componentes el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales materiales que intervienen en su fabricaci\u00f3n son:<br \/>\n&#8211; Laminados: est\u00e1n formados por capas de material de fibra celul\u00f3sica (normalmente papel) impregnadas con resinas termoestables y unidas entre s\u00ed mediante un proceso de presi\u00f3n. Se pueden distinguir los siguientes tipos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Laminados a baja y alta presi\u00f3n para la cara<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Laminados a baja presi\u00f3n (LPL)<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Laminados a alta presi\u00f3n (HPL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Chapas de madera: Chapas de madera impregnadas de resina empleados como cara vista con la misma funci\u00f3n y en lugar de un laminado HPL. Puede ser lisa o gofrada.<br \/>\n&#8211; N\u00facleo: puede estar formado por tableros de madera (part\u00edculas, fibras MDF, fibras HDF, contrachapados, alistonados) o por capa de una resina termoendurecible (fen\u00f3licas, acr\u00edlicas, bakelita, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tecno.upc.es\/c6\/VidreEstructural\/Fotos\/TancamentsFusta\/Exemples\/Recorregut\/imatges\/Prodema%205.jpg?resize=404%2C234\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"234\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En funci\u00f3n de sus aplicaciones se definen los de construcci\u00f3n interior, construcci\u00f3n exterior, transporte, mobiliario y revestimiento de suelos. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden clasificar como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; H = laminados para aplicaci\u00f3n horizontal<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; V = laminados para aplicaci\u00f3n vertical<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; C = laminados compactos<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; E = laminados para exteriores<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; AC (dese AC1 a AC5)= clase de abrasi\u00f3n para un revestimiento de suelo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incluyendo las siguientes subclasificaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; D = servicio intenso o severo<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; G = uso general o moderado<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; S = laminado est\u00e1ndar<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; F = laminado ign\u00edfugo<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; P = laminado postformable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reacci\u00f3n al fuego<\/strong><br \/>\nEn la norma EN 438-7 se establecen las Euroclases por el ensayo del SBI para los tableros de laminados decorativos de alta presi\u00f3n, que se puede mejorar mediante tratamientos ign\u00edfugos a\u00f1adiendo productos retardantes del fuego al adhesivo. Algunos fabricantes<br \/>\nposeen la calificaci\u00f3n B-s2-d0.<br \/>\n<strong>Resistencia a flexi\u00f3n en tracci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nEsta propiedad solamente se exige a los paneles que se utilicen en techos suspendidos.
